Amazing customer service I went in looking for a couple shirts and a tie and not only did I get what I needed but the nice lady helped me pick out a nice tie that would match with the shirts.

You'd think it would stop there but no the service kept going after the purchase she offered to have the shirts pressed and ready to wear because they were packaged I was like that be perfect because I needed to wear them that day.

Then when I came back to pickup the shirts from getting pressed I told her I didn't know how to tie a tie and she tied the tie for me!

Just an overall positive experience. It was my first time in this business I normally wouldn't have gone here because it's a bit out of my price range for clothing but I was in a pinch but now that I have been in there I know I'll be back because it's not always about the price it's about the experience as well.

My husband and son were in need of wedding attire, and they were very pleased with the service at the store. They certainly looked dapper for the occasion. They received multiple compliments on their outfits.

I am very happy with the service my grandson and I received when getting his Homecoming suit! Both employees were very helpful and we were able to get his suit very quickly, even with alterations needing to be done to his suit since my grandson is 6'4... Thank you for the outstanding service we received on 9/2/2022!

My husband and son went in to both buy some pants and have some altered. Went in on a Wednesday at 1:00 after lunch, purchased two pairs of pants that needed hemmed and took in a pair that needed to be let out. They asked if Friday was soon enough and we said great. (Thought that was super fast.) Husband got a call that same day before 4 pm saying all three were ready to be picked up! Now that's service you just don't see anymore! But you can get it right here in downtown Mattoon! Way to go Jack & Bill's Clothing!

Staff was polite and precise. Had a tuxedo fr a friend's wedding which fit like a well tailored glove. Definitely recommend.

Would rate -5 if possible... first off they ordered the wrong color for all my grooms men’s vest and made me pay for all new vest and ties in the right color. Before the wedding one realized he was missing cuff buttons on the shirt l. The other vest was about 6 inches to short. And lastly the neck didn’t fit around one of them either. Horrible experience and the older gentlemen treated me very poorly.. not to mention they are way overpriced!!!!!!

Best place to rent a tux! These guys know their stuff! They made sure my son was fully satisfied with his tux for senior prom. Even when the wrong pants came in at first. They had the correct pants in the next day. I'll never take my boys to another place for their formal wear!

I would give no stars if I could, buttons didn't match on my sons tux (they were able to fix this after I argued they were wrong), nephews tux didn't fit right, and the webpage said 99.99 for a complete tux and I was charged 157.00 per tux! Maybe the webpage should say starting at price if they are going to charge you more when you pick them up! Very unsatisfied with the experience here.
