If it makes you feel better to score office ladies a zero because your life gets hard and water is shut off. It’s fine. I can take it. If I call you and tell you your water bill is high and you curse at me, it’s ok. I can take it. Life is hard, we are all getting by every day. But I can promise you, I understand. It’s hard to hear me understanding in situations when your life gets hard. I don’t like shutting off water, telling anyone their bill is high, or charging extra fees. But it’s my job. I can promise you I have more compassion than these reviews. But if it makes you feel better to score us low, it’s ok. Life is hard sometimes for us all.

Horrible costumer service, by look of these reviews I'm not alone in being the only person who has been treated unfairly. I called to ask a question and was extremely disappointed in the attitude and response of the female I was speaking with, so I ask for a supervisor and was then speaking with a female named Tommie... she was even worse and actually hung up the phone on me. I guess when confronted with actual dates and times and they are in the wrong, their answer is to just hang up on costumers .I think someone in actual Management needs to address these issues.

Rude!!!! When a simple question is asked you are treated like you are ignorant. Be great if the city could send these women to a customer service class. If I was the manager I would be quite ashamed of how they treat their CUSTOMERS who are the reason they have a job in the first place!

They are terrible. You pay your bill on the only site it lets you go to and they still shut you off due to thier incompetent staff. The women that work thier are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever met.

Called in asking about a new connection on some land we bought. The lady that answered the phone was helpful, she could not offer me with a direct answer BUT helped me find the answer. Good customer service!

this company is crooked.I had my water turned on in may of 2019 and they sent me a bill that says from june of 2018 to june of 2019 I used 6500 gallons of water and I didnt even have my services turned on until may of 2019.and I hadcan my water off all the first month because of leak that I had.when we saw a leak we shut the water off fixd it and turnd it bak on until we had no leaks left so the water wasmt turned in mayb a minute at most when we seen the leak and then fixd it.but the last month bill says I only used 1000 gallons of water and ive used moee water now than then

The manager there is named Larry he is very rude and does not try to help a customer of three years.they shut my water off over 90 dollars and then they want to charge me a disconnect and a hook up fee.and I have only paos that fee one time in three years and my water has been shut off multiple times and I just paid my bill and it was turned on and now they want to charge me all that extra money.and if you look at the pic I was charged a reconnect and a disconnect fee two times within 9 day period back in August of 2019 and I had to pay that then to get my water back on I need to know if anyone knows who I can speak to in regards to me being charged two times of 99 dollars with a 9 day period and when I try talking to Larry the manager there he is rude and says u will pay that fee or do without water and will not listen to anything I have to say about them charging me that extra 99 dollars I'm not sure if u can see in the pic where they charged me that money but in the pic I have on my phone it shows the dates and the amount they charged me so if anyone knows who I can contact over the water company please let me know thank you
