My husband passed away and I had one strew hat that he work working that was quite soiled and a brand new straw XXXX Stetson that I wanted to use as part of his memorial table. The new one I asked them to shape like he had shaped his older one. They literally ruined it. The one that was to be cleaned is by far a professional cleaning. They should NEVER have worked on either hate. I don't recommend anyone to take a hat to them for shaping or cleaning. The girls were very nice but nice doesn't fix the situation unfortunately. I am literally even more heartbroken.

I’m in town for work from out of state, and stopped by here to check it out. This store , its message and the people who work there are wonderful! Everyone was incredibly helpful, without being pushy, and made my shopping experience so pleasant! The selection is great as well! I’ll definitely be stopping back again

Jae’s Place is special. It’s not like any other western store. Not to mention the mission behind the store is transformational! All proceeds go right back into the Jae Foundation. All of the items they sell have been thoughtfully picked out and there really is something for everyone!

Cute store with a great selection of boots, clothing and hats. Thru even have customizable hats with feathers, pins and ribbon. Kids section a lot of specialty clothes. I will be back!

An experience you will never forget and will be forever grateful for the amazing approach to an extremely difficult topic. The staff are so amazing and friendly, they carefully walk through many peolples stories as well.as their own, some happy some sad but all very powerful. I recommend that everyone take the tour and learn how to help our loved ones and maybe even yourself.

Love Jae’s place! It’s such a beautiful unique store with a great mission/cause. I have always been greeted kindly. My daughter wanted cowboy boots, and they have the best selection. We had amazing help picking just the right ones out for her. I am also grateful for what Jae’s place has done for the community and the support they have been.
