I don't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me with shoes today but I'm super grateful at the level of service rendered! I finally understand what has always made my feet hard to shop for and he was able to explain it all and help me find a pair of shoes that fit properly with support for the first time in my life. I've probably only gotten to walk about 30 minutes in them total so far but I've never had comfier shoes. I also can't believe that I was able to get in and out in like 20 minutes and with the level of understanding achieved about my needs. Truly a great shopping experience.

The two gentlemen that work there are always so helpful and knowledgeable of what you need. I recently had an injury and had changed the width of my shoes to wide. Many stores only carry one or two styles in wide. Jay's Wide Shoes has an entire store!!

Ilove this store. When we lived in Vancouver 6 years ago, I only got my shoes from Jay's. So, while visiting last month, I went in to get shoes. The people who work there are really nice and know their stuff! I'm diabetic and need a wide show. I was looking for a particular kind of shoe. The gentleman who helped me showed me which ones would be best for my needs. They were ideal for what I was wanting, but I had to take a size larger due to them not being wide shoes. After wearing them around the house a few days I noticed they were slipping a lot and running a blister on my upper heels. I took them back and asked for a half size smaller. This store didn't hv it in white, but ordered it from another store to be delivered to me in Georgia. They arrived about a week later and are PERFECT! I love them and will prob get another pair, or two, in different colors. (They are Taos brand)
I highly recommend this store. Thank you to all who helped me. I appreciate you and was so glad to see y'all were still there.

Really glad I drove across town to see Jay and the verity of wide size shoes. He helped me test a few sizes and determine that although I had needed a larger shoe width during a leg injury I had recovered from, I now needed a more narrow shoe. He directed me to another shoe store for the size shoes I needed.

Excellent shop, very helpful and understanding of the need. Would recommend.

Went into Jay’s wide shoes to pick up a new pair of shoes for my job. Dean helped me in a very quick amount of time, fitted me with a pair perfectly, and didn’t mess around. 5 stars. thank you dean!
