If I could give a negative 1 star I would. JD sports should be embarrassed with this location. When I tell you I've NEVER been disrespected by a store employee like I did at this location. It's beyond sad when you have regular employee acting like managers and want to tell us they do not have a district manager when you tell them you want to put in a complaint. I would love name drop, but I wont because this should be a teaching moment. All the employees INCLUDING the management need training. They tend to forget we are the customers spending money at your establishment not the other way around. I will NEVER go back to this location again and I will continue to put the word out about this store.

DO NOT VISIT THE CITRUS PARK LOCATION. ITS A BUNCH OF LITTLE IMATURE KIDS ACTING LIKE THEY ARE IN A HIGH SCHOOL RATHER THAN A BUSINESS. IF I WAS THE DISTRICT MANAGER I WOULD MAKE SOME CHANGES ASAP!

This place is really expensive, but it has a lot of name brand products like Jordan, Nike,Adidas, Hood Rich, Sprayground, and more. My kids were in the changing room changing, and they got a little suspicious ? both kids were in the same changing room trying on clothes, but they didn't like it. I understand, so I supervised them a bit closer. The staff was kind to the boys, but let them know the stores have rules. We spent about $130 on 12 years old boy clothes. Overall, it's a good store.

I had a great experience shopping at JD Sports. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The employee Milan was super nice and had excellent customer service skills, which made my shopping experience even better. Highly recommend!

All of the employees need retraining, they ignore the customers and just lean back and do nothing. If I’m able to get help, they go to the back for the shoe I request and take an hour to come back out. I just ended up leaving today after waiting what seemed like forever to try on and purchase some sneakers smh.

They had the things I was looking for so I should give some credit but the experience overall was not pleasant. The 2 female workers on shift on 9/5 during closing time especially the one with glasses just straight up staring at me and pretending to work around me. Yes I had a bunch of clothes in my hands and I could not make up my mind but you can clearly see bags in my hands from previous shopping I did at the mall I was not going to steal anything. Props to the young man who approached me and offered to help with my things.. if you’re worried for shoplifting that’s how you should approach someone not completely staring at them and following them through the store. Smh

If I can give them a 0 star rating I would! I usually don’t write reviews cause I can care less but this time I’m pissed off with the lack of communication and lies of this franchise and their customer care. I went shopping with my partner for sneakers for our baby shower coming up and there was a pair that he really loved and they didn’t have his size. The associate there told us we can order it through them and it would take no more than 2-3 days to be shipped to us. I double asked and double confirmed with him and the cashier for reassurance that it only takes 2-3 days. They both said yes with no other information. we order the shoes and went about our day. 5 days past and we haven’t received any email or confirmation of our shoes and the tracking app was no help, couldn’t pull up any information. we called the store, one guy picked up and heard our concerns and said “this has nothing to with us” then follows with “i’ll get you the customer care number i guess” he proceeded to put us on hold to where another associate picked up and we explained what happened and she was kind enough to get us the number unlike the first guy. We finally got ahold of customer care and spoke with a representative. She explained that the associates should have been clear on how the shipment works. Then proceeded to explain that the store had a truck coming in that day and it indeed had his sneaker and size and that they will process and ship it out within the next day or two. I decided to try looking up the tracking number today to see if it would finally work and guess what, IT DID !!! But only this time it says our order was CANCELED ! we have not received any email stating or order was canceled nor did we receive an email stating when We will get our money back. We have no sneakers and No knowledge of when i’m getting my money back because JDsports failed to send out an email to notify us of any inconvenience..
