Brought in my barely used limited edition Timberland 6 inch boots for a sole that came unglued and when I picked them up the first time they had this awful black glue on the micro suede. They said they'd take care of it. I got them the second time and they had just ripped off the suede off my shoe completely ruining my shoes. The glue is stuck in the side of the white trim too looking gross and dirty. They're expensive boots and cannot be replaced. How can taking part of the shoe off be an acceptable fix? I'm upset and a nice pair of boots are ruined.

They are closed and out of business now!

I had a terrific experience. Not sure what happened or why others had less than awesome service but mine was great! I took a couple small repairs in shortly after they opened and I was notified. By lunch time they were ready. Great rates, question do service. I will be back if I need their expertise again.

I Have no clue where those 5 stars came from unless it’s fake reviews.
I came a bit over a month ago to get my sole done.
They charged me $65 which is ok for me if they can do good job like on the reviews.
After a bit over a week I got phone call that my shoes already done, I was really excited and when I came to pickup surprise surprise....
It’s just look like my 6th grade niece fix it for me.
When I asked him if it possible to make it a bit presentable... I use every politest word I can cause I know it’s sensitive matter, But it’s not free.. it’s $65.
He said “JUST TAKE IT” wow... I came to fix it.
Then I explain it nicely and try to get them to smooth it out or something!
He said ok but it’s been over 3 weeks and nothing, I don’t like to argue so be it if they want to keep my shoes.
Well I think I just buy a new one!
But I really doubting all those reviews.

this is a great place for purses, coats, jackets, vests shoes. I have brought in boots for soles and heals, my leather vest for patches and snaps, coat for repair, purses for repairs, they are very reasonable and do fantastic work. would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
