Walked in to try on various suits to get a feel for what size i would be in Jos A Bank clothing. Thankfully I was greeted & helped by Tony and Brianna and they were absolutely wonderful!

As a 'Big and Tall' individual finding dress clothes can be tricky as sometimes stores don't carry a wide selection and it can be even harder to land the right fit. While the store didn't have every size available to try on in both suit jackets and pants, there was enough to gauge what size i needed in each style. Although part some of the garments had to be ordered and shipped to the store so we can do very slight hems in the pants the following week.

However what was unforgettable was the customer service offered by Tony and Brianna. They were both such a big help in getting additional opinions regarding fitment, how the garments should look, and determining whether to size up or down. They both were attentive and answered all of our questions. All in all due to Tony and Brianna's help I was able to pick out 3 suits and eve snagged some additional dress shirts in store.

I Highly Recommend this store because of the customer service and size availability!

Black friday weekend holiday hours are posted online and on storefront door claiming 10am open on Sunday. I've been here waiting for 20 minutes. No one is here and store is locked. I literally planned my morning around being able to get in at 10, get fitted and be on my way. Thanks for the headache.

If you’re younger or look under 35 stay away from here. They will just ignore you or treat you poorly. The last few times I brushed it off because I was only buying dress shirts or polos but they even ignored me while I was attempting to purchase a custom suit. I was also going to setup a bridal party to buy theirs as well.

Not all Jos a banks are bad, but this one has poor service

UPDATE: This store has gone downhill since Murray left. Now it’s run by inexperienced staff. I bought a suit that was unpressed when I picked it up, either due to a broken machine or no staff available. After pressing it at home, I noticed the suit didn’t line up properly, likely due to poor tailoring. I tried exchanging it at another location for a custom suit, even willing to pay more, but the manager never called me back. The in-store selection is also lacking. I won’t be returning to Jos. A. Bank.

Fabulous clothing store to do business with! Murray is my guy over there. Knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to really get you the clothes that compliment you. I bought 10 shirts and several suits and blazers after having lost a lot of weight. I drive about an hour to go there because of their great customer service! Thank you.

Ive enjoyed service and the clothing here for many years. I came in with my friend to buy 2 suites as he is getting married and im the best man. As we were trying on suits I had to use a bathroom and was denied access to their restroom as I was told there was cleaning product ALL over the bathroom and It was a health issue if I was to go in. Bull poop. I walked out. Im 53 years old and when I have to pee I have to pee. This may be a policy or whatever but I won't shop at a place that doenst have the decency to offer a restroom to a customer .

Dude with the black nail polish was pretty rude and not helpful at all. Gave me also wrong info about Own vs. Rent prices and about changing items for the group etc.
Clearly he was inconvenienced by my scheduled appointment yesterday 2/3/2024.
Business taken elsewhere.
