Store is small but well-stocked for it's size (they have a bigger location in Kona). Sales lady was helpful. My OluKai were $125+tax, which is pretty reasonable (i looked at online price for the same shoes).

Found the most amazing flip flops. But after shopping for 20 minutes, discovered half of them were labeled different prices. Even though the ones that we wanted were labeled $59+, salesperson insisted she'd have to charge $64+ because they were mislabeled. She said just 1 was mislabeled. When I tried to show her more were mislabeled, she walked away without replying and helped another customer. Employee was very rude and said that I had a bad attitude because I asked her to honor the labeled price. Mom and I were both planning to purchase. Don't support this business.

I didn’t shop here but they have help wanted sign outside the store, I went inside asked about an application and the guy inside said “we don’t have those, you have to bring your own” I’ve never been so disrespected and rejected about a job so rudely in my life. I guess cause I’m not a girl they won’t even let me apply. I will never step foot in this store again and I wear rainbow sandals but I’ll never buy a pair from a store with disrespectful employees.

Horrible service. The woman working didn’t even want to check to see if she had the size I was looking for and then once I settled on a different shoe and asked if she had another size six in it she hesitated like I was bothering her. Then she scanned the shoe and said yes I do but I have to wait until the store is empty so I can lock up and go into the warehouse. I told her we could go eat and I would stop back on our way out. We come back to an empty store and watch her put up inventory and once she notices us she said she hasn’t had a chance to go get them. I never leave bad reviews but this was uncalled for.

Great selection of Birkenstock and Olukai with a friendly staff to help. They were well stocked with lots of sizes and different styles I haven’t seen in other stores. My favorite stop in the Waikoloa Queens shops for everything sandals, bags, hats, and luggage.

This little shop is surprisingly well stocked. The manager is super friendly and helpful. She doesn't try to up-sell. I had to exchange an item I bought there as I discovered some damage on it and they exchanged it with little hassle (I did have to go back on the day the manager was there but otherwise they were super about it). Definitely going back here!

Great little sandal shop. The lady who works there is very friendly and helpful (she makes sure to ask people if they have tried on what they are purchasing to ensure they grabbed the correct size). Biggest selection of both Olukai and Birkenstock sandals I’ve ever seen; beats many larger sandal stores.

Went in to look at backpacks 🎒. They had “dakine” backpack which what I was looking for . Great service from the two “elderly” ladies. Wasn’t expecting how nice they were. They also had 40% off which is hard to come by . Just was at another resort store and the backpacks where $160. Definitely will support this small local business in the future. Birkenstocks!
