My husband and I rented two Sea-Doos this weekend and had an amazing time! The rental crew was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process quick and easy. The Sea-Doos were in excellent condition, and we had a blast cruising around the lake. I highly recommend booking an early morning rental, and starting at 9:00 a.m. was perfect! The lake was calm, peaceful, and nearly empty, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

I have always gotten the tacos but decided to go with shrimp po boy. 4 shrimp and a hotdog bun. Guess I will go back to the taco. The atmosphere is great. Sitting by the lake with the geese and carp to feed.

The marina has the best tacos on Taco Tuesday and also the best burgers. It is family oriented, has an outside patio, and has a bar. Very friendly staff..

We have done boat excursions on several lakes in the area but this was the BEST experience! The lake was absolutely beautiful. The marina staff was awesome !

I can't believe I never knew this was here! I'd been camping in Glen Rose nearby as a young adult, but I'd never heard of Fossil Rim until we visited with my Uncle. I'd never been to a drive through Safari park before, and this was such a great experience. Buy the bags of animal food before you go in (I'm pretty sure that you can only buy the animal food at the entrance). There is a gift shop and Cafe at the halfway point you can stop at. Our favorite part was feeding the giraffes! They like to stick their heads right in the car! We didn't do the other activities at Fossil Rim because a storm moved in, but we had a great visit nonetheless.
