The guys at the parts counter are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t condescend if you aren’t a professional. Four stars instead of five because John Deere parts are really expensive.

The store itself is very spacious. Everything is well labeled and marked off. Brent helped me in the best way. Not only did he recommended things but he made sure that I knew how to use it and it was in working condition before I left. Highly recommended

Be very careful. They will perform more service work than what you ask for or approve.
I called and asked for them to perform oil change and hydraulics check. They asked "so you want a service done". Shame on me for not asking what that included. Well it included $500 worth of work I did not want done.
2nd year in a row this has happened. They even acknowledged this fact. They did knock $50 off my bill, but still very deceptive practice. Told them I won't be back. They couldn't care less.

Had this dealer come out on a service call. Sent pictures of tractor and broken gear shift. Their service was prompt but they brought out wrong part. In the process they got their service truck stuck at my place. They returned several days later and fixed issue. I was billed for 50% of their first attempt at fixing tractor even though THEY brought out wrong part. I'm sorry but if a dealer is working on their own branded equipment surely they should know what they are looking at. I was also charged for their " office time" . First time ever charged for ordering a part from a dealership or setting up an appointment. Tech worked on tractor for maybe an hour. Billed @4.25 hours.Absolutely done with Landpro.
