I wasn't originally going to leave a review, but my experience went so well, and I got a personal letter that made me cry happy tears at 3 in the morning after a hard day at my job. Buckle in people, I am a big talker for sure.

I came in on a Saturday, needing some new bras. I had recently lost weight (around 40Ibs over the past year+) and needed some better fitting ones, and wanted to add a bit of variety other than nude and black to my wardrobe.
At first, I felt discouraged because this particular location didn't have my new band size with the cup size I needed. I am a 32 band, but I am a very busty woman. (Thanks, Grandma.) I was measured to be about a DD or DDD. I ended up trying a 36 and 38 band to be able to try on in store.
Luckily, Linden and her peers were able to help me find two bras (they were buy one get one half off) that fit my body and my needs. Linden and I bonded over my "Over the Garden Wall" tattoo (it's an adorable cartoon network short from someone that worked on Coraline, Adventure time, and other good shows. very autumnal, PLEASE watch if you like those and Elijah Wood.)
Tonight, I checked my mail after getting off of work, and saw a small envelope from Lane Bryant with my address hand written on it. I thought, "No way I actually got a letter from the company? maybe just a cheesy automated thing?"
As soon as I opened it and saw the hand-written message from Linden, my eyes started to water. I was congratulated on my weight loss and thanked for letting these wonderful people help me find something I needed. Included was a little Over the Garden wall inspired drawing, which put a smile on my face.

I don't ever wanna have to go to Victoria's Secret for my bras if I can help it. These are my people.

I love this store! I can always find something I need and the customer service is exceptional. Besides the superb customer service, the prices are great. I visited the store last Friday and purchased two items at an additional 60% discount. It would have cost me $328, but I paid $70.71.

I went to the mail today, and much to my surprise was the sweetest card ❤️ Not only is their customer service and prices great, they value building relationships. I’m not only a customer to them I’m part of the LB family.

Nice store! Was greeted very friendly from several ladies. Big selection and nice clean fitting rooms. Found a blouse and sleepshirt that's soooo comfortable! The staff was great and very attentive.

Love this location! Store is always well put together, and sizes are always in the correct order on the shelves, which is nice when looking for your size. Lane styling session is a lot of fun, too!! I will always travel to go to this store! Wonderful customer service by all associates!

I have been shopping here for years and the customer service is outstanding. Most of the associates know me by name, they are All lovely young women and always ready to help with anything. If my size or a color is not available they always take the time to see if they can order what I want. They help me find the right sizes. They frequently get new things in and have great sales. Lane Bryant products are also very well made and hold up well. The bras are the best, I have never found such great fit in another brand! This is my “go to” store any time I need clothes! Thank you ladies for being awesome!!
