Good luck getting a refund from them. They are all over charging you when you are late but not concerned about repaying you in a timely manner.

Super helpful. Most likely I'm giving them a 5 star review bc I didn't have to pay a deposit so my experience was naturally pleasant. So we will see how 5 star they are after some bills and how they handle issues.

I know a lot of good people who work here, so I don't want to let one bad experience ruin my opinion of the company, but I was never sent my paper bill one month and was charged a late fee. Had never had a late bill in over four years of owning my home. Called to explain what happened and have it resolved and was told that by law they couldn't take off the late fee, which seemed like a lie. Ended up talking to someone else another day, and they said that was not true at all and quickly helped credit my account and apologized for the mistake. Did not appreciate my first interaction at all.

UPDATE: I have not received my bill 3-4 times now and they always push blame to other people. Not sure why this is so difficult.

A year ago, I gave them a 1 star. Here we are again wishing I could give them 0 stars or pick another company to use. Yes they have an app to pay your bill, but it doesn't do everything. Make sure you pay your bill before they open or be prepared for them to shut your utilities off and force you to pay a reconnect fee. They aren't motivated to help anyone... their payment arangements must be done in person,, so be prepared to take time off and wait for someone to card you to set it up. Absolutely worst company ever.

They're always so nice and helpful even if you keep calling they still continue to be polite and answer all your questions and their prices are much better than surrounding town's prices. No complaints and we have had them for two years. If you pay your bills on time you have no trouble at all.

Good friendly staff. Your website when first entering on Android gives a non secure website sign left of the URL. But... After going to "pay your bill", the site secures itself. Almost gave me the big one. Lol. Sorry. Had to. My google name is Fred Sanford. I will be in contact when I relocate. Thanks.

I hit a hard patch, lights got turned off, I immediately went in and paid my bill soon as I got an advance on my pay check, like today, within minutes of my son calling me about my power being shut off... left work immediately to pay it cause my 15 yr old son is at home. Been 4 hours my lights are not back on and I am stressed about my son being at home with no power. They can't make an exception and flip a switch or hit a button or type it in ...?! and I have a child at home?! I am no slacker. Just hit a hard patch and had to get on my feet.

Unfortunately our whole family has come down with Covid 19. We received our positive test results on 3/15, the day our bill was due. With everyone being sick and all the calls and information exchange we had to make for our jobs and schools in order to stay at home and do the right thing for the community, we honestly just forgot to pay the bill on the 15. Today is the 18, three days pass the due date and they cut us off. We have been a month behind since last March when the world was shut down and we were forced out of work then too. When calling Lebanon utilities to work this all out I was met with zero compassion or understanding (mind you, we are all Covid positive right now, not feeling well at all, cannot leave our house and are now without power) we ultimately paid the full amount due despite being on extremely hard times and the power was reinstated. This is the only company we have in our town, the bills keep rising in expense and they have zero compassion for what our community is going through. They only care about the money. We kept up on the bill the whole time the government had mandates to protect people in our position but now that we have become ill and need the break, there are none available. This company is savage. It’s a shame they control some of our most basic needs.
