My husband and I came in today looking for shoes we just moved from The Los Angeles area and from what we have seen at other places it seemed that clothes and fashions were about 2 years behind. This place was Current and Trendy. We found styled we had just seen in California 2 weeks ago. We were pleasantly surprised. I bought 2 pair as they were 45% off, Super Cute and just what I wanted. My husband found a few pairs for himself as well as a few pairs of Jeans. Our sales girl was friendly and knowledgeable. We even laughed during our conversation with her. Looking forward to see what new items they will be getting in for Fall and Winter. Overall the best place we have been to since coming to Texas.

I went in there to buy my husband a button-up for a funeral later in the day. The shirts were so wrinkled so I politely asked if they had a steamer and they laughed in my face and were extremely rude. I went to check out with over $200 in merchandise and they were still extremely rude and didn’t say thank you or anything while walking out of the door. I wrote a post about it and got so many replies from others who had similar experiences. I would recommend making the drive to Harry’s in San Saba.

I live 2 hours out of town. My mama spent $135 on an outfit here for my birthday. She explained to the lady upon purchase that it would be a while before she could get back to return if necessary. First of all yes I know "policy" is 30 days but come on!! You're not a corporate store and the outfit still had every tag still on it with a receipt. The shorts in question were still in stock NOT on sale. She (woman on duty) did call a manager who approved us to exchanging the shorts for the exact same shorts but different size. Even if they did have a smaller size, I am 5'9', they shorts would have been too short. They didn't have a smaller size so we were sent on our way!!!! Terrible people, my mom regularly frequented that store to buy Christmas and birthday presents and spends quite a lot each time, y'all have lost a lot of business.

Great people. Great cloths ,boots, hats, belts etc. Had a young lady shape my hat. Did a excellent job. Thanks again. Recommend to anyone in Brownwood or surrounding areas.

Good boots but they dont have many round toed boots sooo. All i wear is round toed boots lucky for me there were friendly helpers to help me find what small amount they had great job i would rate yall 5 but yalls prices went up when scotts was having there closing sale.
