Leo is preserving the all but lost art of shoe repair. He also makes custom belts and has many repaired but unclaimed high end shoes for sale. He fixes purses too. He's an awesome guy and I was very satisfied with the repairs he did on my red wing boots.

It's local, friendly, good quality, and is a great price. My Irish setter boots had plastic quick hooks that broke, they replaced them with metal loops that are rivited and feel tough. Initially wanted a few days to work on them, but I use them for work and so he made it happen for me, which I'm thankful for.

Botched repair job occurred in early Nov. 2019. I was so upset when I got home they went straight to the trash and I did not get any pics.

They absolutely RUINED my favorite Halloween shoes!!! All they had to do was glue the soles back on!! I cried when I got them home and will NEVER trust them with anything ever again! They had even opened the box and showed me the shoes like there was nothing wrong with them! Shame on me for being polite when I should have show my horror at the terrible job they did! It was obvious that they had been put tightly into a vise with teeth!!!!

I attached a photo of what they looked like before I dropped them off (before the soles separated from the shoes because they were about 10 yrs old).

Got a belt fixed. A couple extra holes and the end reduced. Great price great work. This guy is genuinely nice, a rarity in todays world. No other place is better for getting leather work done.

What a great find! Leo is an AWESOME guy who fixed my favorite shoes in just a few days. The fix was so perfect, I couldn't even see where his hands stitched work was and where the machine stitching had been. It was flawless. He sells solid leather belts in all sizes, made in the USA, and his prices are very inexpensive. He fixed my shoe by hand for $4. (I always buy something extra, since I want to give him more money so he stays in business!)

My favorite pair of leather shoes from Clark's fell apart at the stitches. They weren't replaceable as they are no longer made. He was able to hand stitch them back together and shine them and it only cost $15! Amazing craftsmanship and skills! Highly recommend this hidden gem!

I'm only a recent first time customer of Leo's Shoe Repair, but I can't possibly recommend them any more highly. The owner is unusually polite, the quality of work simply can't be beat, and prices are extremely reasonable (almost to the point of undercharging.)

I brought in one pair for resoling and three pair for stretching; all four pairs I got back were above and beyond what I expected, and I already knew that Leo's has a sterling reputation.

Jim is one of the nicest guys you will meet. He can repair almost anything! The place may look a little unorganized, but he knows where everything is. Highly recommend if you have a favorite shoe that needs repaired.
