So on April 3 I stopped by with a toolbelt to ask them if they could re-wrap the pockets which were damaged from use. I had contacted the manufacturer of the belt and they had sent me the actual material that they use.
The woman at the shop took the belt in the back and showed the gentleman when I was looking for and they said that it would be no problem. I went on vacation and I returned on April 12. When I stop by the store on April 13. The belt wasn’t ready yet.
The woman told me that they had to sew the edging on one of the two pockets. I received a call a few hours later that the belt was ready. When I picked it up, I realized What a huge mistake I had made taking it to the shop.
Why can’t merchants Just be honest when you ask them if they can do something and say if they can, or they can’t.
I’m pretty sure I could’ve done a better job.
$50 in the trash plus the cost of the material.
If you look at the picture with the double pocket, you realize that the pocket on the left is now about an inch and a half smaller than the one on the right. Why?

I was a long time customer for over 30 years, until the owner retired he was amazing and fair. I saw the open sign and was excited to see the shop back open. The young lady that greeted me was nice and gave me excellent customer service. So I took four pair of stelleto boots as we have done the previous owner halve a sole and a heel which cost us 40. I was not sure if she would be hire than that or if she would be lower as I would hope. I asked her can she do it she said yes no problem. Something inside said just do one and see their work. I asked her how much as I her advertisment 7 dollars she quickly replied 45 dollars for one pair. I quickly decline it. Prices are to high.

Been going here for years under the previous owner but I must say the quality did not dissipate. The shoe repairman is the original from the previous owner and still delivers satisfaction. Lety very presentable and friendly and welcomes customer service.

Very friendly. Took a pair of my shoes there after looking for another shoe repair place. The one in my area was not like it use to be. So I ventured out and located Roselle Shoe Repair. Was very satisfied because I didn't think my heels could be repaired. Well they did and excellent repair and it didn't take long. I will be returning with some of my other shoes, as well as recommend others as well. Thank you Roselle Shoe Repair for you now have a customer for life. 💯

The gentleman and store owner is named Luis. I did my research with all the shoe repair businesses within a 20 mile radius and his prices were the most reasonable. To resole my Danner service boots with a full Vibram lug tread plate, the cost was $65 even. At that price point, Luis is at least 25 to 30% less than all his competitors around here. I wished it was cheaper but at least he was fair and reasonable, unlike most places wanting 80 to 105$. I am sure Luis would be fair and reasonable with everyone. My repair will take about a week, will advise of quality of repair at that time.
Just got my boots back, the workmenship was outstanding, this cobbler is a keeper. The all black boots are brand new, the black with greyish soles we're the resoled pair. Not bad.
