We have been visiting this LV location for several years now and we have never had anything short of outstanding and knowledgeable customer service. One experienced sales assistant I would like to mention is named "Robert". Robert always makes us feel like long time friends more so than customers when we visit. That is the hospitality that keeps us coming back.
They always have in stock the latest models and items, and often have rare, limited edition or hard to find items as well.

Picked up a gift for my hubby and the store was super well organized with a good number of sale associates ready to assist you. I ended up working with Robert and he was very helpful and full of knowledge about scent of those great fragrance sun glasses etc. Thank you ! Great place to shop

Love LV but dont let this location fool you. The sale people will judge you by the way look regardless how much money you will be spending. My experience was great at first with the sale person - Ginna but things change you as soon as I decide to exchange my bag for a bigger one (less then 2wks). Unfortunately my sales person wasn't in but someone else took care of me looked at the bag and said the bag looked used and damage 🤨 mind you I've haven't even took it out of the bag/box after I purchased it because I ended up regretting not getting the bigger one which I had communicated with my sales rep the next day. I was in complete shock that the manager Nicole Pelc treated me with such disrespect after spending money at the LV, never again. I was very upset at the fact that the store not only sold me a used or maybe returned bag and blamed it on me but didn't even offer me maybe a restocking fee for a different bag like other luxury brands, do. I reached out to my sales person Ginna the next day and told her everything but didnt hear from her until the next day. When I finally heard from the sales person, she said that managers all decided I couldn't return the item. Hmmm so theres nothing this luxury brand can offer when I've only had the bag less than two weeks?
I should've known that this location was up to no good the sales person took the bag to the back and took a very long time "getting it ready," I wished I had looked at it before walking out of the store and make sure it was a new one and not an old return one shame on me for trusting Luxury Brand Store!!! Most likely they didn't want to return it so they wouldn't lose the commission or sale, don't waste your money buying Louis Vuitton. I will keep continue doing business with Burberry, Gucci, Goyard or Fendi they love and treat their customers with respect.
