The owner seriously lacks integrity and quickly became unhinged when asked to discuss a minor issue. He aggressively told us to sue him over a couple hundred dollars, even though we hadn't asked him for any money. The simple request to discuss our concern set him off! In good nature we approached him with the intent to be repeat customers, but that will NEVER happen now. We're glad we discovered his true character. Could you imagine how he would act if we had a major issue with this business? Yikes! Customers beware!

Went in and was going to buy a new portable gas tank. The guy helping me was horribly rude. Wouldn’t answer any of my questions about the proper fitting needed to match the tank they sell. Acted like I was an inconvenience by being in their store. They will never get my business again.

Wow, the owner Doug is a ignorant "beep beep", will not be using this business again. Thought Spicers was bad this place is a joke. Be aware treats customer like he don't need them. Waiting for the for sale sign. Keep it up.

The whole crew was a pleasure to work with. Starting with Laurie and the rental/paperwork process. Everything was enjoyable from launch to pick up. The gentleman (Doug?) who dropped off the boat and picked it up was a very friendly guy. We are thankful for our time on the water and the clean, well maintained, boat we were able to rent!

I had several issues with my boat this summer. Doug and his staff took great care of me and diagnosed multiple problems and corrected them. They kept in communication with me while my boat was there so that I knew what was going on. They always kept my boat out of the weather and under a roof as they do with all boats. They made sure to respect the interior of the boat when working on it. They spent a significant amount of time diagnosing, fixing, and testing, and charged me for far fewer hours than they could have. Our family also purchased a brand new pontoon and their customer service was outstanding. They do a nice job making sure they educate you regarding everything on the new purchase. They were very patient in answering all the questions we had.

I took my boat in to be serviced and was told that they were about two weeks out on repairs. I did not bother them until it had been over 3 weeks . On the following Monday I called and told them I would pick it up and fix it myself. They called me back and said that only 2 boats remained ahead of mine and that they would get it in and diagnosed by Thursday. On Friday morning my boat had still not move and I still had not receive a single contact from Macon. I have never been in the boat business, but I ran automotive service in 3 dealerships. And I would be ashamed if I or any of my people treated customers this way. I would give them zero stars but it not an option.
