Save your self the time and disappointment and make a indeed account. Manpower did help find me a Job, but no support or anything past that 1 job. I contacted my rep. My 1st and second week of the job about how I disliked it and wanted to get into a different job. The advise was to put in my notice (be without a income) and watch their website for postings.
I kept at the job I was at (which I disliked but still did my duties)and for 2 months the website posting didn't change,only 5 postings and every job nearly was for Portland and further.
When I asked again about job switching with my rep, said just keep watching the website.
I made a indeed account, applied to like 15 places around me and 12hrs later started receiving interview invitations. Out of the 15 applied, I turned down 4 accepted the 5th (within the 1st week)and got 4 more invites the following weeks.
Did all that by myself on my phone, richmond manpower did not have the networking ability needed to find me suitable or reasonable work within driving distance, I got it from a free app online instead. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with this unnecessary step in the employment process. You pay for it by making less at the job you are at vs. Getting it yourself 😉

Yeah maybe you could help me get my w-2's?
I have been trying now for 3 weeks. 4 phone calls, once on hold for 20 mins before I hung up and 3 times the staff have taken my name and number, said they would call me back with info to get my w2. I have heard nothing still.
That place seems ran worse then my 8yr old nephews lemonade stand. It's a joke.
Beware working for these people, wish I wouldn't have. I'm about to call back for a 5th time, fingers crossed.

If you seek a job with Manpower, do not accept a job at “Osborn”. I’m harassed daily for being a Christian. The management and Human Resources know it’s going on but the reason they do nothing about it is because they’re apart of the gossip. I shared religious information with a manager in private and asked for her to keep it confidential and she spread it around the building. The employees started to harass me about my religion. The employees are very immature and harass you by verbal harassment with side conversations within ear shot. Why do Osborn employees harass me? Because I keep quiet and stay to myself because of religious reasons. Osborn is a very toxic place to work and I highly suggest you take a job somewhere else. God Bless.

I've worked with Manpower of Richmond for a little over a year and have nothing but good things to say. With a friendly and courteous staff that are willing to work with you and you're schedule. Even same day placement if you're in a bind. These folks are awesome.

When I went into Manpower I doubted they would have anything I would like. But after talking to Lesa in Portland for a bit she asked for my resume and said she had some ideas. Sure enough she found the perfect job for me. I was looking for my new forever job and think I found it. She really took the time to listen and understand what I wanted in a job and didn't disappoint.

Took my Tests blew them away, studied for my interview and did well. Got hired and started working for Belden through them. I worked hard, came in 10 minutes early every day and I just got notified that Belden likes me well enough to hire me on permanently. Every time I contacted Manpower they were always there to give me a hand and help. It is scary at first leaving a job like the one I had to do a trial job where my performance decided whether I would get hired or not. But like I have always been told, Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might. I worked hard and I am Proud to be with one of the best companies in Richmond IN.
