Taylor was very helpful. Walked me through several different options. Asked me serval questions and made sure I was comfortable with what I had picked after we re walked through the everything to make sure that I was satisfied. Then she walked me through on how to properly clean a gun and showed me which cleaning kit to get and cleaner. Also was helpful with where to go for classes and how the shooting range works as this is all new to me. Was a positive experience and will be definitely going back for any future purchases. Thank you!!

If you are looking for good customer service, from knowledgeable personnel, this is the place. These folks go out of their way to make you feel good about being in their store, whether you are their to pick up an online purchase or looking for the appropriate ammo for your latest acquisition. They seem to take the time to find a way to make your visit worthwhile either by answering your questions or showing you something new. I had the privilege of having to deal with 2 such people on one of my trips there and both Kerry and Taylor deserve a shout-out for making me feel welcomed in their store. I have zero knowledge or experience when it comes to guns but my husband is always wanting to take me to the range. Kerry was extremely knowledgeable in explaining to me what I was looking for and how to use it while taking into consideration what I liked. He also took the time to educate me about handling, trigger anticipation, safety, and how the recoil on different guns would affect my hand. He also showed me the different kinds of ammo and what I should use in terms of self defense or shooting at the range.
My husband came in looking for something else that ended up not working out but Kerry gave us practical alternatives.
Overall the employees genuinely seem to enjoy their work and both of us feel well taken care of and more confident going to the range. We'll definitely be coming back if we need to make a purchase.
