AWESOME Customer service and knowledgable staff. This is a great Family run business and I LOVE how they took care of me. Went to another shop a few miles away and they where weeks out and super pricey. Dropped off my sled for a repair and they kept me informed via text on the progress of the repair. Sent me text w/ a pic of my old spark plugs and so I had them swap them out right then. They will have my business for life.

Incompetent ! I would avoid a purchase from this store. They don’t own their mistakes. I made an order on a Polaris ATV 6 Mo ago with a deposit for the ATV to the store. They never placed the order. I had to contact Polaris in MN to find out their mistake. Not even an apology just excuses. Customer service is about as bad as it gets

While in the area on an off-roading trip, we ran into an issue with one of our side-by-sides and called Mark's for their guidance. The woman who answered the phone patiently listened and then transferred the call to the service department for their expertise. Mark was more than happy to give his input on what he thought might be wrong. He was correct, and his helpful advice saved us money, time, and possibly getting stuck in a remote location. !!!Attention!!!!

Never ever go to have these people replace tires on your bike. I had them put new tours on my bike. When I left back to San Luis I noticed it wasn’t driving right and pulling to the left. When I got home, there was only 10 lbs of air in each tire. I called to talk to the owner Mark but he never called me back. I had to reseal the tires my self as they were both leaking between the tire and rim. Also they never filled my rear brake fluid, it was nearly empty. I called again today and the secretary got really snippy with me. Pretty much blaming me. Still waiting for Mark to call me back!! I could’ve got into a serious accident!! Next time I’m heading out of town for to fix my bike!!!

For the last 6 years we have went to Mark's Outdoor Sports for all our outdoor needs. Parts, service, questions were all there and answered fast. After two UTVs, four snowmobiles, trailers and anything we bought from there, we wouldn't change to go anyplace else. Thanks for helping and getting everything done in a timely manner. They all work as a team and make sure you walk out happy!

This is hands down the best family owned business you could ever do business with!! From Mark the owner down through all of his family members that run the parts dept., the business office and the shop--they are all just wonderful to work with. We own a utv rental shop and everyone at Mark's bends over backwards to help us keep our machines on the trail. We owe so much of our success to the great service we've gotten from them. Great selection of new Polaris' to choose from and reliable parts. You can't go wrong here!!!!
