Well drivers!!! Bring your BIG screen t.v your bbq and an ice chest full of 🍺🍻 because eventhough I was nice to the lady in the guard shack I'm still waiting for nearly 3 hrs now! She did say a couple of hrs but I see new trucks coming in and they're going in even a flat bed full of cardbord bales to get unloaded got in before me! 😒

I arrived at 5:00pm checked in with security and was told it would be 4 to 5 hour wait. It turned out to be 8 hours and when I told security I couldn’t legally move the truck for 2 more hours she told me to leave the premises. So I disconnected my Bluetooth and delivered my cardboard. This place is to be avoided at all costs! NO overnight parking.

Rarely have issues delivering cardboard bales. If you're nice to staff, they're nice to you. If they say docks are full, wait 30 minutes. Docking area for unload can be tight, often pulp waste everywhere and a huge pile often in the way. But they let you sweep out after unloading at the dock.

Picking up rolls, however, a PITA. Delay after delay. Come back at 6am turns into come back at noon, turns into come back at 3pm, turns into come back in an hour, turns into "we're 6-7 hours behind." Only way to dock is basically a blind back, pray you got a preloaded drop n hook. Cannot wait/break on property, only in dirt lot on other side of train tracks or the truck stops 20-30 miles away.

Good customer service just follow road signs.
Park truck before getting on the scale. Walk to scale house check in then pull onto scale once directed to. Once pulled onto scale drive all the way until first left turn then go under bridge where docks are at and if you see a dock open back trailer into it with tandems to the back. Walk into building and give them your pu number and trailer. Load u under 1 hour. Pull from dock once finished go back to scale and weigh truck again. Leave truck on scale walk into scale house to get paperwork.

They don't have proper runoff for the sludge and it's dirty.

Biggest issue i have with them is when the parking is full, you'll be told to come back later. Meaning you can't wait till someone makes room for you to park, you have to go 18min away to park and then come back.

Here’s a solution, they can get your phone number and give you a call when there's room to park. But see, they don't tell you that....very frustrating....maybe it's because I'm white complected.

Never come here. Stupid check in where they don't take your arrival time and phone and just say to wait over there. After 5hrs another person comes to your truck and says I don't have you please check in again and get out of here to somewhere else. Plus call the shipping office number because I'm here just to waste your time over and over again.

Amazing friendly guards, and yard employees. Sent to dock, unloaded, and back on the road in less than 2 hours after appointment time. Was concerned because of reviews but had No issues. Another driver said there appeared to be a lot new people and they were great. Highly recommend, will gladly accept any future loads to this location.
