Very rude customer service. I bought brand new socks that had holes in them out of the package. I was told I could exchange but was treated HORRIBLY being told the holes were "my fault" when they came out of the package like that and they are only $8 socks. When I brought them in I was told again the holes were my fault even though there was strings out of BOTH socks in multiple locations. When I tried to explain Iwe really didn't do them I was told to just grab a new pair and leave. And then I was talked about by the employees (Yes I heard) their prices are EXTREMELY high too even for used stuff. Not worth it.

Didn't want to ruin their review score like I almost did with a low star review, but I've never been there. Google says it's the closest place with some used gear, but the website link goes to a Facebook page which doesn't help me with my questions in any way. Too many businesses around that have no menus, etc. as the website link goes to Facebook. If I wanted to go to Facebook then I'd choose to.

We are so fortunate to have this place, it has made playing sports possible, even when they require a ton of expensive gear. Anything we drop off to consign seems to sell, it's my 12-year-olds favorite store in town.
