Midwest Building Exteriors did a wonderful job on both our roof and siding. They were very efficient, responsive, and easy to work with. Our project manager, Scott, was very kind and helpful with the insurance claim process. I'm very impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone!!! (See pictures below. I had a leak that started in my kitchen from a poor siding job the previous home owner had contracted. I contacted multiple roofing companies, and received bids from all of them. Every company I contacted was either overly focused on redoing the whole roof or didn’t contact me back. Christian and his team from MBE showed up promptly, gave me a fair price to fix the leak, and offered to work with our insurance company to help me get it covered. During the longer claim process, Christian not only helped communicate to insurance, but showed up multiple times without receiving a cent, to temporarily fix the leak. I ended up getting my full roof repaired, the siding that was rotting repaired, and the leak fixed, all covered by insurance and all done within a couple weeks. I can’t say enough about how great of a job Christian and his team did, but also how happy I am that I made the call. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who had a roofing project, and enjoys working with an honest, hard working, and helpful roofing company.

Wow, all I have to say is I've worked with a TON of contractors the past 15 years and Christian and his team were by far the BEST. Christian handled the whole process of identifying damage to our roof to working with our insurance companies to accurately report the claim. Christian is professional, extremely responsive, dependable and friendly! Once everything was good to go he had his team here immediately to complete the work. The roof was installed in one day (even with torrential downpour!) they got it done. They left the property as clean as they found it and the roof looks great. Had a great experience working with Christian. Anyone who has dealt with a large insurance claim knows how lengthy and time consuming of a process it can be. Christian was all over it and handling all aspects to make sure everything was moving along nicely. We had our roof, siding and gutters done. Christian was great helping us through our first homeowner's insurance claim. We needed a roof replaced, which involved solar panel removal and re-installation in the process, along with siding repair. He managed the entire project, communicating with the necessary vendors, moving the project along timely and acting as a trustworthy agent on our behalf with our insurance company while we happened to be in the middle of a cross-country move. When it came down to reconciling the claim details - vendor billings, insurance reimbursement and fair depreciation recapture - he didn't miss a beat keeping our interest at the forefront and making sure we understood all the numbers.
