Took my hasquavarna lawnmower here for a minor repair and a tune up. My only complaint is the amount of time it took. Given how well my mower is performing, I would say the time was worth it. I would suggest connecting with them prior to the spring rush. Also, I would suggest paying cash. There was close to a 10% mark up for using a card. Would recommend.

Was having issues with my riding mower bogging down when I engaged the blades. Brought it to Mike's in Spring Grove and was told it would be $40 to diagnose the issue, which I thought was fair. I asked them to call me when they knew what was wrong and before making any repairs. A week went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I called there. The owner Mike answered and I explained that no one had called me to let me know what was wrong with my mower. He said there was dirt and some grass clippings in my gas tank. Not knowing a thing about lawn mowers, I asked him why it would run fine when I didn't have the blades engaged. He was very cocky and said "what, you don't believe me?" I said "no, I was just wondering why it would run differently when the blades weren't engaged." He then had an attitude and gave me an example of how a race car wouldn't drive as fast as it could with something blocking some of the gas. I then asked him how much it would be to have it fixed and he said $375. I then told him that I would have my son try to fix the issue. When my son picked it up. he was charged $90.50. I called there and again spoke with Mike the owner. I explained that it should have been $40 for the diagnosis like he had quoted me. He said the took some air and blew the gas line and pushed the dirt and grass clippings back up into the gas tank so it would run better while loading onto the truck!!! I said "and that was $50? How long did that take?" He said it took an hour. I then asked why I wasn't called before anything was done. He didn't have an answer. I told him twice to call me before anything would be done. Again, he was very rude and cocky and said "OK, I won't do that next time". I said, "I don't think I will be coming back" He never offfered to remove the bogus charge that was'nt approved and seemed fine with me not coming back. He actually even said "next time I will leave the gunk in there and you can push it on the truck" I know someone else that had the same attitude from him when they had something repaired there. No respect from the owner who didn't call before doing any repair, over-charged, was rude arrogant, and condescending, and could have cared less if I came back. Thought I would warn others that were considering using this place.

Brought my John deer here and they are amazing. They have great service and the women behind the counter helped me with everything I needed. The guy who worked on it supplied me with very quality parts and got it done very quickly. Would 100% recommend this place to bring your small engine too!

I was looking for parts for my snowblower so I called and spoke with someone in the parts department. I provide the lady the model and serial number and I was told that I will get a call later that day with pricing and availability. 2 days passed and never got a call back so I called once more, talked to a female in the parts department and at first she had no memory of me calling in the first place but eventually located a sticky note where she jotted down my information. She promised that she will get back to me by the following morning at the latest. Still never received a call so I order the parts through Amazon.

We purchased our Simplicity lawn mower from Mike's Outdoor Power and had a great experience! When I initially called, I spoke with Mike. Mike was easy to talk to and answered all my questions regarding the Simplicity brand, the different specs and I felt no pressure to purchase a lawn mower. I called back a second time with more questions and when I called I asked to speak with Mike, no issues with getting Mike back on the phone, the associate that answered the phone was friendly and said he would get Mike for me. Let's just say, I called back with a third call and still was able to get Mike and Mike had no issues answering my additional questions and helping me with the purchase of our new mower. The best past, Mike and his team had the lawn mower prepared and ready to go and we had our lawn mower delivered the next day (less than 24 hours). We look forward to working with Mike and his team for future outdoor power tool needs and having our mower serviced there. Mike was upfront with cost questions, delivery charges for future maintenance, the warranty on the machine and even prepared, filled out rebate paperwork for us, filled out envelope and registered the mower for us! Thank you to Mike and his team for ensuring we have a durable mower and great customer service! Appreciate the help and for answering all my questions.

Had a problem with my Speed control cn my grass trimmer..Brought it in to see if somebody could fix it. Counter guy brought out tech to look at it real quick. He asked me questions about it then worked on it for a few minutes. Next thing he press the speed control buttons and it was changing speeds. . Awesome. Took nothing for his time. So big thanks to MIKES OUTDOOR POWER.

I normally don't write a review but please make sure you detail what you want done on the lawn mower and know an appropriate cost. I was originally charged double for things not done on my lawn mower or things I didn't want done/replaced. To find out, I had to ask for more details and recite what I wanted done specifically. Also, know the turnover will be about 2 - 3 weeks.
Not saying you should go somewhere else or to boycott this company but just keep this in mind when requesting service. The only good thing is that they pickup and drop off.
