I have to say I'm highly disappointed in this establishment. I took a bag in to be sewn because the threads began to fall out. This was no issue the first time I brought it in. Although, the agreed finish time was not meet. But I figured for the price I'd give this gut a second chance. That was a big mistake and a waste of my time. Once again I bring in some items for him to repair. Same thing a leg bag that needed repairs on the stitching. There were area's on the bag he was unwilling to fix. Even when the previous bag had the same exact damage. Then he tells me a week a wait the week only to be told once again it's not ready come back in three days.... and after reading the reviews it seems this guy not only has issues meeting deadlines. But, the overall quality is mediocre and I've experienced this twice now. I won't be returning. Someone know a reputable Leather Repair Shop? Please let me know 🙏

I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! This gentleman knows his craft. Over the years, he has fixed everything from belts to shoes to purses and has done an excellent job on all! I highly recommend him, if you want a job well done!!

Flat out refused to do a very minor repair on a wallet that any shoe repair place worth anything would do in 5 minutes. I was ready to offer up to $20 in cash if he did it right then and there. It is like this guy wants to fail for turning down easy work when he has a bunch of one-star ratings. I wasted my time, and I will never go back there again.

Very disappointed. 2 weeks ago I dropped my shoes to have new heels put on. I called a week later like the gentleman said and he said he needs a little more time a lot of shoes. What an excuse. I waited to call until after the Thanksgiving holiday and now no answer for 2 days. You can’t leave a message mailbox full.
The owner could not wait to collect my $20 dollars. So now since all of the bad reviews I may have lost $20 and my shoes. Very disappointed!!! Well I called back finally the owner answered. I gave him a description of my shoes and the ticket number. Waited 10 minutes he said he will call me back can’t find the shoes Oh my if this isn’t irresponsible I don’t know . I will have to go there and if he can’t find them I will have to ask for my 20$ back.

I went to take in a pair of shoes that the sole was flapping a bit in. I gave him the shoes to look at and within thirty seconds he nearly ripped the soles completely off. After he destroyed the shoes he quoted me a price to fix them, which I would have paid if he hadn't obliterated my shoes. DO NOT SEND YOUR SHOES HERE 🙁

Stay Away! Hours of operation are unpredictable, even during posted open hours. Not only that, the customer service is lacking as well as the quality of sevices rendered. Toss the repair or go elsewhere!

Very irresponsible. I brought a light pair of shoes to be stretched. I informed him to please handle with care for to the color. New shoes never worn. Picked up glue on the side. How do you get glue on doors if they are being stretched. He blamed on the maker of the shoe. I was fit to be tied. Will never ever ever go back... No accountability.
