I called earlier today to inquire about a specific product, which they had ready for me upon arrival. The product was of significantly higher quality than the one I had ordered from Amazon earlier that day. Both items were priced the same, so I promptly canceled my Amazon order.
The gentleman at the counter was incredibly patient and answered all my questions, as I am a new bike owner and had many. They have definitely earned my business for any future service or product needs, rather than relying on online purchases.

I was scheduled to bring my bike in today for service and Joe was unfortunately sick. After waiting for about half an hour outside with my wife, who drove there to pick me up, I sent an email to the shop. Dave, the owner, saw my email that I sent as I waited outside, called me, came by so I could drop my bike off, AND then dropped me back home (since my wife had to leave for a work meeting)! Now that's service! This place is excellent.

Went in for a bike fitting. Dave was very knowledgeable and patient, explained the process to ensure I was setup properly on the bike. As simple as biking is, it's thousands of the same movement over and over. Taking the time to ensure proper fit makes a big difference in the quality of the ride.

I recently purchased a new Specialized eMTB from Montclair Bikery, and I had a fantastic experience. I worked with Dave, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find the perfect bike for my needs and budget, and he answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly.

Once I had chosen a bike, Dave and his team assembled it quickly and efficiently. They also took the time to go over all of the functions of the bike with me, and they made sure that I was comfortable riding it before I left the store.

Montclair Bikery is a fine place for the bike enthusiast. They have great racing bikes and support but family bikes too. I'm into bike touring and camping and they've been great with repairs large and small. The staff is great and helpful. I bought my Specialized hybrid bike there and I've been going to them for about 15 years and always enjoy the experience.
