Several years of history with not only buying paddle boards, skiing gear and 3 years of season ski rentals. After today and multplie aggregations I will not be back. First issue was when I bought our 2 paddle boards they knowing sold me a board thT was too small for my size. When I talked to the manager/ owner the only offer was a in store credit of 75.00. First year of season rentals I had an issue w returning at the end of the season and was meet w some attitude
Today when calling about the season rental promo price eneded today and wondering if I could pay beofre coming in to get sized as it was Halloween and could not make it in
There was no way they'll could take payment over the phone because they had to size my kid. I know the price would not change after sizing so I didn't see the issue. It wS going to be adult price
They lost my buisness over 10.00 today.

Frank helped me get my first surfboard he made sure it was the right size and weight for me. It was great that he also made sure my life vest was a good fit. I loved the experience! We showed him a video of me surfing and he gave me some great pointers which has helped me a lot! Overall I loved it and they were really nice and answered some questions I had. We will definitely me going back and recommending this shop to all of our friends and family!!

Love this place. Great service, deals, and rentals. Rented here for most of the season and finally decided to buy my own skis. Sam is knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around (like all of the employees here, but he’s the one who helped me pick out/sold me on my skis and gear). I see some complaints about the owner Frank on here, and sure… he’s opinionated, but it’s because he’s passionate about his business and profit, and still provides stellar deals. It’s a good thing if the owner is a character. The last thing I’d want is to roll into a ski shop run by bland people.

It felt right at home, because 10 years ago I worked at a paddle shop and this one is huge. They offer snow sports and pretty much every summer water sport and activity to do. They even have a small section of skateboard and accessories. If you are in the market definitely stop in to talk to Adam or any of the other staff cuz they are super knowledgeable.
