Looking for a pair of work boots. The owner showed me a pair of consignment boots that were my size. She said that these would be a better deal. Forfeited a sale from her inventory to give her customer the best deal.

Great customer service! Great prices! If they don't have it they will order it in for you. (Check the website for the brand's they carry) Told me 2-3 weeks... Only took about a week. I was so happy with the price of my work boots. I was able to buy a pair of steel toe shoes for yard work as well and ended up at the price I would have paid for just my work boots at a big box store. I WILL be back!

Would love to give this locally owned business a good review but unfortunately I cannot. Dropped 2 pair of shoes off to have heel caps replaced. We were told it would be 7 to 10 days. Called back last week and was told they were not ready called back today and was told that it could still be 2 to 3 more weeks. No problem with waiting if I had been told this upfront but since I was told originally 7 to 10 days and nothing was mentioned on it being any longer when I called last week to check on progress I feel like they dropped the ball twice. Be upfront with the customer and they will be far more understanding.

Great regular people here, no elitist attitudes that I have gotten from other shops (western and English) cause of my occupation as a trick driver. Very helpful in knowing the area for a place for me to park. Very helpful with my boot heel issue (gave a great solution) . Will always go out of my way to do business with them for boot repair when in the area.

Love this place. Family owned can fix about any kind of shoe or zipper took my boots in there fixed the zipper , good price, they have good knowledge about leather goods, shoes and boots. Nice merchandise
