Came in with a broken air hose for a Napa compressor, John took it to the back and fixed it for much less than a new hose wouldve been.

0 stars! I had a very unpleasant experience here. The owner "larry" super rude and disrespectful. Threw the receipt at me twice, talking in a very rude way, I told him there is no need to talk to anyone like that. Apparantly he tents to be this way -according to other employees and 2 other ex customers who had similar experience . Wow, and he's the owner...really? Treating His customers like that. I was very disgusted by this, thought it was necessary to leave a review. Definitely we will end our business with this company. Seriously Couldn't believe this.

Depends on whose working. Use to be friendlier and more willing to help. Like a Veteran who's disabled and doesn't drive. They didnt use to have a problem delivering what you wanted. We are only about 3 blocks from Napa Auto Parts, and one of the employees was coming here anyway, and he had a problem with bringing my blind disabled Veteran what he ordered! And then the order? The guy obviously knew nothing. Needs improvement, indeed!

Napa Auto parts is a great place to get parts. I won't go anywhere else for auto parts. The employees are so helpful and sweet and friendly and respectful. The candy dish is delicious. The place smells like auto parts which is ok. The place us clean. The prices are responsible. I don't deal with anyone but the manager he explains things to you which I really adore.

Had what I needed (ATF), clean store, friendly staff.
Discussed my problem and said he had the exact tool I needed; at home in his own toolbox. Unfortunately it was presently out of stock in the store. He referred me to a competitor down the street.

Awful experience at this store. We were unable to warranty exchange a failed Gates water pump we bought from Napa because according to the manager on duty and I quote "we are locally owned and not part of the national Napa chain" as if Gates wouldn't give them a replacement pump I got the exact same answer at the Athena store as well. Unreal!!! I will never shop at these stores again. I immediately drove to Walla Walla AutoZone and will continue to do so to make sure that myself and my family are covered nationwide when we need it. Sad to see a locally owned business be hurt by the ignorance of the staff. They should not have Napa on the front of the store if they are unable to follow the corporate policies and procedures. FYI I was able to warranty return this item and get a refund from another Napa store that did not understand why the stores gave us these problems.
