My wife and I recently visited the Naperville Running Company, and we had an outstanding experience thanks to Nolan. He was incredibly helpful and made the entire process of finding the perfect shoes so easy and enjoyable.

Nolan took the time to really understand what we were looking for, asking thoughtful questions and making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He brought out several options for us to try and patiently helped us figure out what worked best.

We never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience even better. Nolan’s friendly demeanor and knowledge made us feel confident that we were making the right choice. Both my wife and I left the store extremely happy with the shoes!

I walked in hoping to replace my current shoes. While I was there, Steve had taken care of me and guided me through the process of finding the perfect replacement. He was very patient and clear when explaining to me the benefits of certain styles and how it could potentially translate into my running. I felt like I was receiving expert care! My 90 year old mother broke her foot, and after physical therapy, they recommended she get fitted for her next pair of shoes and mentioned Naperville Running Company.
It was a positive shopping experience! The young man who helped mom was an expert in running shoes and was excellent at listening to her wants as well as his assessment of mom's posture and ballance needs. After he put her on the machine in the back, it confirmed what he had already told us.
He took his time with mom and had her try on a few different pairs of shoes and when she found the perfect shoe, he recommended she try an insert which ended up enhancing the comfort and fit.
Mom is super happy with her new Brooks shoes, and Naperville Running Company has a customer for life.

Not good customer service. Shoes ripped in back of the heel. Also front part of the outside rubber ripped. Told me to bring them in and did nothing about it. Not even a year old. Waste of my time. Update! Thank You Marissa For Taking Care Of Me Much Appreciated! Smooth Transaction.
