First time customer and was extremely pleased with the level of service at this location. Knew I had been using the wrong shoe for walking/running and wanted to get fitted for the appropriate shoe. Liz was quick to greet me and share her knowledge and offered four different shoe options to try and I found the pair for me. She also recommended a better insole which I purchased as well. Many thanks to Liz for helping me get the appropriate support and style for my needs, will always come back here for a new pair in the future. Highly recommend!

I came to this NRC location to grab a gift card and I had an EXCELLENT (albeit brief) experience. Upon walking in the store seemed clean and well stocked. I was immediately greeted by Robby who was extremely friendly and conversational, asked me how I was doing and how he could help. I told him that I needed a gift card and he got right up (it looked like he had just finishing fitting someone for shoes and cleaning up a bit, but without hesitation he came right over to help me which was fantastic) and rang me up. Robby was quick, yet kind and friendly throughout the whole transaction. I will definitely be returning to and recommending this location to friends and family that are interested in running gear. I’ve had nothing but the best experience at NRC! The last time I went in, 3 kids in tow, the sales associate, Kyle, was so kind and patient as we worked through the fitting experience. I had come in asking for my current shoe type but he graciously offered me to be fit again and try additional shoe types. I appreciate that he gave me this option when he could have easily handed me the shoes and sent me on my way. I tried on 3-4 different shoes and still ended up with the Hoka brand but it was great to get a feel for other shoe brands. A few days after I left with my purchase I received a personalized post card written out from the sales associate Kyle again thanking me for my purchase and offering me well wishes. I genuinely appreciate the care and consideration that I have been given from the moment I walked in the store to days after my purchase. Highly recommend Naperville Running Co.

I recently came into the store trying to get some shoes to help with my new running adventure. I am extremely new in running in my mid to late 30's. I got some shoes and some inserts for my current running shoes. Erin was a great help. She measured my feet and watched my gate. She determined the best setup for me going forward. She didn't try to oversell me on things. I felt everything I purchased was needed and beneficial. She even sent me a hand written post card afterwards to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I strongly recommend this business and just as strongly recommend Erin as a great help.

They are amazing here. Their customer service is on point. I had started a chat to inquire about how they measure, and within minutes they had answered me back with an answer. I visited NRC this afternoon to buy some energy gels for running. The staff at NRC South are super knowledgeable and friendly. They introduced me to the functionality and ingredients of different brands of energy gels, and gave recommendations based on my needs. During our conversation, I mentioned the blisters I get after long-distance running, and they suggested trying a new pair of running socks first. I had previously tried switching several socks, but none of these helped. So, I decided to give it a try and bought a pair of the Feetures socks. I then ran 5 miles right after that, and the experience was incredibly smooth; the socks did a great job! It was the greatest shopping experience ever. I highly recommend NRC!
