Two faced bunch of smoke and mirrors. over 30 yr veteran if you want a good retirement go to another job. 800dollar check and social security is it! Oh and what little goes in 401k could write a book on all the mis leading information and treatment in my 32 yrs. If you ever get a chance to vote uaw you better do it!!!!!! If you notice it's only salaried people that get treated well. Hourly NOT!!!!! Don't believe there profit sharing bull or 401k hype. Doesn't happen. If you prove they are wrong you will be on the black list the rest of your life. Not a dime out of magna after retirement no matter how long you've been there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!now they stopped service awards you get 0 no matter how long you've been there . What a joke. DON'T WORK FOR MAGNA. City of Nashville picking up trash would be a much better job . Better retirement!these people writing good reviews! Just wait!!! Wife has been there 36 years walking on concrete developed a bone spur on her toe had to have surgery. They told her every body is on there feet. Would not cover it under worker's comp. SAD. If any place needs the UAW this place is it!!! After 32 and a half years retired there is
a lawsuit against magna over our 401k plan. How much did it cost me over the years?

Every time I come to deliver a load, the staff is more than helpful I have never had to wait for a delivery to unload or a load to ship! Kudos to you Nascote!

They do not hire injured veterans, even when the VA DOCTORS has them approved to work here. This company is very disrespectful and egotistical towards veterans and people who have served for this country. The NURSE has a power trip, as if she’s THE doctor. My fiancé was honorable discharged, has been told by his doctor he can work at factory jobs like this place. He went as far to make an appointment for approval, in which he got. His VA DOCTOR had excitement for him to work, and gave a letter to this company to show he is able to work for them. This place REFUSES to allow my fiancé to even do the physical assessment test. The nurse refuses to give him a chance to show, that his doctor knows what he is talking about. How dare a NURSE try to have power over a VA doctor. This company wasted 3 weeks of my fiancé’s life, leading him onto believe he was getting this job. Until a doctor came into the picture. Whatever you do, disregard their “nurse” as she is undertrained and is only in that profession for control and a power trip.

There are two ladies in the shipping office ones name is Rabbecca Jones. She is an awesome person and the other lady with her is so polite and kind. I love them both. God bless them and keep them happy......
