Service was great. Unfortunately the food was overly spicy. It may have been our fault for not reading the description of the dish correctly.

This place is awesome! My family and I have been coming to NEO for years. I'm a little bummed that they no longer have the bigger store, but the boutique is just as awesome! Love the interior! It's very dope! If you are looking for limited editions, this is the place! They have everything you need from sneakers, UGGS, MCM, etc. You name it, they got it! Shout out to all the workers for keeping me and my family FRESH. Would definitely recommend!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. We came in, nobody greeted us. Employees were more concerned about talking to friend. We practically had to ASK for assistance! The person helping us made us feel we were bothering him... even had the nerve to give us a shoe that was on display and expected us to pay full price! NEVER AGAIN!

It's ok. The employee is nice, but I didn't care for their shoes. They didn't have shoes with memory foam in it. Big 5 has better prices.

Customer service sucks!!! No one greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. We picked up a shoe for a size and the guy just looked at us.
