While I thought I had a great deal on some end-of-season ski boots I bought on resort (I like to make life difficult for myself), I didn’t take into account the correct fit and alignment, paying for it for 5 days this past winter in Park City. One stop at Neptune had Dennis and his team get me form fitted and heat molded (a service they offer for free for in-house boot purchases) and provided some great stories and conversation throughout the process.

There’s a reason they’ve been in business for 50 years; fair prices, family-owned, and overall incredible customer experience. Dive or Ski, you can’t beat this establishment!

I was searching for a specific color/size of a past year item and this site came up. The image wasn’t showing and I was skeptical since I couldn’t find the item anywhere, so I called. The gentleman who answered was happy to check the stock for me, and confirmed it was there. As I was completing the purchase online, the free shipping for a $150 purchase (of gear/shippable stuff) was not applying, so I called back and was connected directly to the coordinator of shipping. She understood my concern and let me know that if it came through without the free shipping applied, the shipping would be refunded. This is exactly what happened, and my gear arrived quickly. I’m an intermediate skier and have been looking for a place to fit for boots here in nashville and this place is where to go if you’re looking to get fit for boots. I was fitted in Utah but they didn’t have my boot size but wrote down what they recommended. After they measured and fitted me here, they had they exact same measurement recommendations as they did for Utah! This shop is legit. Really easy to schedule an appointment and very Knowledgeable. I worked with Shane and he was great. Really excited about my boots and would recommend to anyone in the SE or Nashville looking for ski boots

An exceptional experience from beginning to end! Looking for a store with a professional ski boot fitter, I had the choice between the chain stores at the malls or Neptune, and I am very glad I chose the local shop. Dennis took the time to get to know what kind of skiing I was looking to do, found the perfect boot shell, formed foot beds to my feet, and heat molded the boots to my body. I have never worn a more comfortable pair of ski boots in my life, and I know that if I find any pressure points or areas of discomfort I can bring them back to be refit at any time. I ended up walking out with boots, goggles, socks, and a helmet with the confidence that I was buying good gear for a great price. A lifelong customer in the making!

This place is top-tier. It was my first time visiting and came in to get my skis waxed. I was greeted upon entering, they immediately took care of the skis, and shared a lot of helpful information with me about the gear while getting me sized for ski boots.

Overall, an incredible shop, great staff, extremely knowledgeable, and great selection of products. Highly recommend.
