Nick is the most knowledgeable shoe salesman ever. Last year he helped me out when I came in complaining about foot pain. He put me in a 990 that immediately made walking better. I put 2 million+ steps on those shoes - and still wear them! I was very happy that he was there when I came back this year. I just bought another pair of 990s from Nick. Best shoes I have ever worn. This is a great business. Customer service and knowledge is top notch! We had bought some shoes online and decided to return them in store. For some odd reason, New balance would not authorize the return. We discussed our options with Jef and Maurice and they could not have been more helpful. In the end, we were able to make the return with their help. We even got my son measured for the appropriate size shoe and we will definitely come back for any future purchases! Highly recommend you check them out! You just don’t find this kind of customer service many places! Thanks again Jef and Maurice!

A really great store for all your New Balance items from shoes to shirts to socks and more. The service is excellent and the people working there are really knowledgeable. The shoes are all high quality and affordable, and they even have some that are made in the USA.

5 star service from the second we walked in. We are in our 30s and expect to walk in, see a cute shoe, ask for our size and just buy it. Nick made sure we picked shoes right for our feet, put the shoes ON our feet, tied them and then made sure they were the right size. He also made recommendations and was very friendly. If we didn't live in Washington, we would return hands down. Also, New Balance shoes are comfy. Lol

Walked out of this location 30 mins ago and had excellent customer service by Nick! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the process. I knew I was walking out of that store with shoes, but the great customer service will have me making the 40 min drive for my next pair. I used to manage a store in the commons 10 years ago and haven’t seen this type of customer service in a while. Good job New Balance! Big thank you to Nick!
