I am not pleased with my foot surgery. Dr Thouvenot did not see me for 2 weeks after my surgery because of the holidays by then my ankle was infected. The shooting pains have been ongoing for weeks and the doctor offered no remedy for ongoing pain. My next follow-up visit was on the day of major snow and I drove all the way in as the doctors only patient to be taken care of. There was no nurses there so the doctor said someone would contact me the next day and get my next appointment scheduled. No one ever contacted me and I had to contact them to make my next appointment. When I contacted them they said they had no appointments and when they had to squeeze me in on a Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. so I get there at 9:22 on Tuesday and there is somebody else in front of me for 10 minutes when I get to the desk she tells me my appointment is canceled. She says they have a policy that you must be 10 minutes early for your appointment or it will be canceled, so if somebody's in front of you checking in beware. I changed my plans to come to your office, shame on you for what you did to me today. Maybe not let your receptionist run your business and have some compassion sometimes.

Doctor Thovanot has excellent bed side manner. He explains things very well and you can tell that he wants to help. His staff were all wonderful aswell.

We had to bring my daughter in for an ingrown toenail and had a great experience with all the staff, from the front desk to Dr Thouvenot himself.

My daughter has a needle phobia and he was so patient and kind with her, even prescribing medicine so she could finally get the much needed procedure done.

We 100% recommend this office, they are the best!

I saw Dr Daniel Thouvenot last week for an ingrown toenail and it was a great experience. He is personable and has a great bed side manner. Not only did he offer me options for my foot care, he actually had a good sense of what my insurance would cover. I will definitely go back to him if the need arises🤓

I went in to NextStep in October of 2023. The office was clean, professional, and decorated well. The worker at the front desk, Alyssa, was very friendly and brightened my day! I was very nervous for my appointment as I’d never been before, but the worker, Ariel, who did my pre-procedure stuff was patient with me and helped ease my nerves. Dr Thouvenot came in promptly, kindly explained every option I had, then took care of my problem (painlessly!) and sent me home with detailed instructions to solve it for good! This was the best experience I’ve had in a medical office in ages, and I asked for everyone’s name on the way out just so I could leave a detailed review. This place is fantastic and I will definitely be coming back if I ever need any more treatment like this.

Love going to see Dr. Thouvenot. He is very nice and always addresses all concerns. He doesn't just say what he thinks and send you packing like most doctors. He does everything he can to get to the problem and find a way to heal you. His staff is great too. Very kind helpful. Would recommend him to everyone.
