Lady is very rude. I came in looking at reloading supplies. Everything is disorganized and covered in dust so it's hard to see what they have in stock so i was looking closely. Within 2 minutes of walking in, she starts asking me if I work for another gun shop and if I'm trying to take stock of what they have. ?

I was there to shop. Never again

I have used Nichols Sportsman store for many years for everything from ammo, guns, rifle skopes.
I have never had a negative experience dealing with them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Liz is a rude and obnoxious person. Clearly others have had a similar experience with this women, considering all of the 1 star reviews. I'd avoid this place.

I wish I could rate this place a 0 star because that’s what it deserves, Liz is absolutely unhinged and shouldn’t be anywhere near firearms.. she is extremely rude to customers, wouldn’t recommend coming to this place.

The lady behind the front desk was so unpleasant and rude it was unbelievable. She had a scowl on her face and was curt and un-inviting from the moment I walked in the door. Mid-discussion with the gunsmith she interrupted abruptly with an extremely rude and accusatory outburst suggesting I should know how busy they are without being told and not to interrupt that work by asking questions about prospective business. It was so uncalled for that she gradually trailed off and was only muttering towards the end of her comment as if the embarrassment of it was being revealed to herself as it came out.

I wasn't going to stand there and try to teach her that people can't read her mind, or that her behavior is self defeating for a business, or that other genders like mine risk assault & battery if we talk to people the way she did. So I just left. It's a shame because the smith (who I was there to see) is actually a really nice old man.

Great service. Ron is beyond knowledgeable, max is friendly and the selection of reloading supplies is the best in the area. Ron builds a fine rifle for sure.
