The road to the kayak launch is not the best, should be redone, for golf karts (ask me how I know) watch for holes on the ground. Other than that it’s a great area to explore and if the HOA did a little cleaning it be great for picnic, grill and private beach/river. Bring some repellant for bugs.

Great spot for kayaking, off road bicycling or picnics along a natural shoreline. The road going into this place terrible and needs to redone but it's still traversable if you drive slow. The bathroom facility is nice and well maintained.

Very good boat lunch spot in Jacksonville. The site has plenty of parking. It is nice and quiet for a picnic

Perfect access to a saltwater marsh. This is a Tide area and it is best to paddle close to high tide. Recommend to check tides and launch one or two hours prior to High Tide. Low Tide paddle limits you to ICW only.

Amazing kayak launch into a inter coastal march. Off-road Bike trails and hiking. Clean bathroom.

It is a great spot to launch a kayak to Pine Island. Has two large restrooms and plenty of wildlife.

Pleasant walk, can get muddy at times, beautiful scenery along intercoastal waterway, lots of birds, picnic table and restrooms at launch.
