I ordered the Belmont 22L backpack and they did a great job shipping it before school started. My son is absolutely in love with it and so am I! It is worth the price. You can’t beat the quality of an American product made in the USA by Americans. I can tell it was made just for him as this was a bag that I had to order to start its production. I am beyond happy and highly recommend this bag for High School from North St.

I have had my rucksack for nearly 7 years now I think. I use it pretty much everyday.

Still in great condition, amazing quality. Yeah the zip looks tatty and two of the buckles are little snapped....but 7 years!

I have bought several different styles of bags and always been happy with the quality and performance. Some reviewer's complain but I found that North Street was quick to offer me help to repair a damaged bag when I contacted them and they are usually very clear about which bags are waterproof, water resistant, and at no time do they ever claim that these are the type of bags that you should be taking rafting or anything of that sort. There are plenty of other good quality dry bags out there, this is just not that product. I love this company and I love these bags!

North St is really upping my virtue signaling. Not only am I mostly travelling and shopping by bike, my new bike-mounted shopping bag is upcycled. This replaces my Banjo Brothers bag whose lining failed after several years. I expect to miss the exterior wallet pocket on the old bag, but the new one was hand made half a mile from me and I like to support a very local business. (And maybe they'll add a pocket to the design some day.)

Update: no virtue signaling beyond regular transportation cycling. The original upcycled bag quickly cracked and failed. North St replaced it graciously with one made of new materials, which is weathering better. Some materials can stand reuse better than others.

Products are absolute quality! I use their side pack everyday as my wallet. The clasp broke after over a year of daily use. I took it in, and they fixed it for me in no time flat. Also purchased a bike pack for myself. Their products look cool, and they really are built to last. As far as I'm concerned, I'm never buying biking or packing gear anywhere else again.

Worth the price. I got the Woodward backpack pannier. Materials are extremely durable and well made. All the straps are made to be easily adjustable, but lock in to place just how you would want. I was hesitant with the roll up top but I love it. No worries of it coming off rear bike rack whatsoever.

Awesome products - I've used their bike bags nearly daily for years (and have only needed one minor repair, which they quickly handled) and I use their duffel bags whenever I travel. I am also fan of my handlebar bag and backpack. I recommend everything.

I primarily use the Morrison pannier and have had no issues with water, including riding throughout the winter carrying a laptop.
