NEVER EVER will I go back to this dump!!!! I was told that my shoes would be ready in four days and it turned out to be three weeks. I was told the first time i went to go pick them up on a Saturday that he had to go pick up some glue in Milwaukee and that they would be ready Wednesday. I go back and he didn't even start on them and i was told to come back Saturday and when I returned then, he said that he didn't like the way it turned out and to come back Wednesday. I called before driving all the way this time and they weren't ready. So Saturday came and i just went up there to pick my stuff up ready or not and low and behold, they were ready. They weren't cleaned and some of the glue was exposed. i was not pleased. I thought for the prices that he charged that he would do better work too.

Not true to his word.

Dropped off a backpack which needed a zipper repaired and was qouted at $35. He told me to come back in one week. I call back a week and half later, and he claims no replacement zipper arrived yet, and to give it another week. I call back one week later, and he says still no replacement, and that he would be going to milwaukee over the weekend, and would hopefully figure out some sort of replacement while there and to call back in a week. Lo and behold, after nearly 4 weeks of "give me one more week", he still has yet to replace the zipper. Simply told him to forget about it and that I would be picking up the bag to go elsewhere. Even if he did find a zipper, at this point im too skeptic to think he would do a good job with it anyway.

Won't be back find another shoe repair if you can.......I dropped off a boot for a simple repair he suggested a better polish to use so i had him add to my ticket. I waited for my boot for a simple repair for well over a month after being told it'd only take a couple of days when I returned to pick up on the date that HE TOLD ME it'd be ready they weren't ready on TWO different dates so I patiently waited when I returned after giving him plenty of time to finish to pick up my boot and polish I pay him and ask for my polish he swears up and down that I took the polish with me and claims that he wouldn't have put it on the ticket if I didn't take it with me ILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE I should've walked out when I saw how JUNKY and DISORGANIZED his store was 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 if I could give zero stars I would terrible work its not straight nor does it match

It had been several years since I had been here, but I remembered this being a nice and convenient spot for shoe repair. Fast forward to the circles I just ran around in to get heels repaired on one pair of shoes. The first issue is that the business hours posted may or may not be accurate depending on whether he feels like showing up I guess. Second is when I came to pick up my shoes several days after he said they would be ready... They weren't ready. After my 4th visit, and a prolonged search, I was finally able to retrieve my shoes and maybe my overall poor experience has prejudiced me a bit, but I feel like the quality of his work is not what it once was. I'm disappointed, but I will have to find a different establishment to take my hard earned money and valuable time .

The man knows what he's doing. Does a great job. Can't complain. Able to do a prosthetic job done on a shoe for medical reasons w/a prescription of course!

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GETTING SERVICE! I'd give it 0 stars if I could. This was terrible service. I get you want to get your shoe serviced/ cleaned and this might be the only spot for a few miles but this is not the place to go. Look at the reviews and go to another place. When I walked in that should've been my first inclination not to go here because it looks a hot mess! But I decided to get my shoes cleaned because he was the only place I could find nearby. I got my shoes "cleaned" here and they charged me $21 for this and when I came to pick up the shoes they LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME! The owner told me that "some of the scratches won't be able to come out" not ALL of them! No exaggeration, my shoes look exactly the same (I wish I took a before picture -but I learned my lesson- any time you drop off any of your precious clothes/shoes take a before picture)! Once I came back to pick up my shoes that's when he told me it's cash only, so I had to drive to the bank and get cash to pay him to get my shoes back. My recommendation is if you love yourself and your shoes then you won't bring them there, you'll only leave frustrated and your shoes looking the same as when you brought them in.

He did a great job on my both of my items however his place is highly unorganized and he never finishes the work on time. But for the price, you can’t beat the quality of work.
