I was referred here by Coach to fix a zipper on a wallet. The turnaround time was quoted at 2 weeks. I called after 2.5 weeks and was told they would call me back. No return phone call. I drove out there to check in person 2 days later. The owner wasn't in and an employee called him. I was told he couldn't find it and would call me 2 days later after he had a chance to look for it when he returned. No return phone call. I called that day and he told me that he didn't call me back originally because he was scared I would be mad at him. Well, obviously. But ignoring me was not the way to handle that. Very unprofessional. He said he located the wallet and it would be ready 2 days later. When I went to pick it up, I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience. He said he would give me a discount on a future service. I asked him why I would trust him to do work for me again when he lost my item and ignored my calls. He didn't reply and just said no. If I could give zero stars I would. Other than that, I did get my wallet back and the work was satisfactory.

Roy was able to save my Doc Martens boots from the dumpster. The original soles had completely worn smooth and were becoming too slippery to wear. He was able to cut off the non-welted sole and glue on some new Vibram soles without having to tear the original soles off completely.
Very much worth the cost and the wait to get them fixed and not send good shoes to the garbage.

Beware, extremely over priced - charged $25.00 to put 2 extra holes in a belt. Took less than 5 minutes to do the work. I expected it to be more expensive than other places because of location, but this was ridiculous.

I try not to post negative reviews, because I know that businesses are adversely (maybe unfairly) affected by them. In this situation, I am compelled to let other people know about my experience with this service shop. If you work hard and like to reward yourself with expensive and top-end leather products please avoid this place. I took in a pair of shoes, made by Crockett and Jones to have a scuff mark fixed. I was not told that the shoes were going to be repainted with a darker color. After inspecting the shoes the first time, I was told that the shoes needed more work and I was not told that the shoes were, again going to be repainted with, still, a darker color. Please see the before and after pictures. The very nice and expensive shoes are ruined. Please go elsewhere when you need repairs on your high-end quality articles. After pointing out the horrific work on the shoes, I was accused several times of making the request to paint the shoes a darker color. Supposedly, I requested that a darker color be used two times. I never requested that the shoes be repainted with a different color because that never ends up being acceptable looking shoes.

Quick service & shoes look like new. I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews about their orders not being done in time - the owner mentioned it’s very hard to find workers, especially in this field, then train them properly. The owner is a one man band processing orders and doing the work himself, if your order needs to be done by a certain date, provide adequate time for him to do the work.
1st experience, but certainly won’t be the last.
