The parking is very easy to find and it has a lot of space. No queue and the staff were very helpful for my first time being there.They were very precise and explained everything that we didn’t understood about the family pack menu and so on. The seats on the other hand, were a bit dirty, the same goes to the walls and floor. A bit boring that you have to wait for 30min for commercials, so the movie didn’t started exactly when it had to.
At the end, they waited for everyone who had to use the toilet and wished a “good night and hope to see you soon!”.

Great cinema, always really nice customer service and kept really clean too. Love the personal touches from the staff like their list of their favourite Halloween film recommendations. Going to be a real shame when it closes down.

went and watched the apprentice and had a good chat with the staff, i spoke with isaac (long blonde hair) super friendly, was more than happy to share his thoughts on the latest movies when asked. as for the viewing experience, it was pretty average. its a real shame that the owners havent invested money back into the business and upgraded the screens. i bought my own snacks because obviously its cinema prices, but the 4* review is based solely on the customer service. Big shoutout to Joe also, great bunch of guys down there. is a real shame its closing, especially as i have a premier+ membership

Took my son to see Harold and the Purple Crayon on the opening weekend, an average film, but not the Odeons fault ?
The cinema was clean and tidy and the Premium seats offered the additional leg room I was looking for. On this visit we opted to bring our own snacks as we always find the prices exceedingly expensive. The air conditioning wasn't upto par and on a 30C day outside I left the cinema sweating. Overall a good experience and the Premium seats were worth the additional cost

I'm pretty much an order online, arrive as the Ads finish and leave as the credits roll guy as go alone mostly, so cannot comment on food etc, but the leg room is not great. As standard I should be able to sit comfortably, without upgrading my seat. I almost signed up for a membership, but cannot risk deep vain thrombosis to watch a movie ?

Polite staff, generally clean and tidy. Such a shame film industry continues to struggle. I do think odeon prices are also way too high. But thank you to all the staff at Kettering odeon for all your efforts.
