I’m writing this review so maybe someone at corporate will see it and make the necessary changes. What’s the point of all the time and money of having a physical location, if there is no stock? I just called and asked for one of their most popular slip ons and they didn’t have the color I wanted or the size. If I’m complaining and other people are complaining, Olukai, that means a lot of people are having the same issue and complaining, you’re just not hearing it… otherwise, great shoes…

The store front is very nice and is very "on brand". But, I have to admit I was pretty disappointed. I wanted to try their different shoes and if all of them were what I was hoping and as advertised, I was prepared to buy a few... however, they didn't have most styles. A lot of them will only be online, and the one pair they did have just did not fit me. I was pointed to their other stores in Waikiki, which I am going to try and see because I really appreciate "the mission" and I like the look. I'm hoping to be able to update this review for the positive.

Nice location, however, limited shoes available.

Highly recommend calling the store before going as parking is difficult to find and it’s all pay for parking.

The “coming soon” window signs have been up for two years now. Suggestion to HQ: best take them down since they have your corporate name and logo on them AND are starting to attract graffiti …
