Fantastic experience. Walked in with hope. My daughter has a difficult foot and in-step to fit. She found 3 pairs of shoes that worked. This was the best show shopping experience of her life. The sales-person was laid back AND helpful all at the same time. I highly recommend Otherwise if you are a difficult fit. Diverse friendly and the selection is large enough and higher quality.

‘return’ policy is pretty much non existent, The manager owner was extremely rude and dismissive. The shoes are very over priced, And I assume they would be more because they are a specialty store but the fact that they sold me shoes that didn’t fit after measuring me. Really stuck in my craw and it’s been over a year but if I can discourage anybody else from having a miserable experience there I’m all about it. Yes, I can be this petty over a $60 pair of sneakers As I’m sure you’ve ripped off hundreds of other people as well.

My Son is Autistic, and has super wide feet and it was so easy to find him shoes. What a blessing. It's so hard to get him to feel comfortable in public, but he just fell asleep and let us try shoes on him.

I have been shopping at Otherwides for at least 15 years and each experience has been wonderful. The sales associates are very knowledgeable about their products, how they fit, and they have always been skilled at steering me toward shoes that will feel great on my feet. I love that they stock a variety of styles including work, casual, sandals, evening, hiking, athletics and boots. Also, don't miss the sale room in the back - I've found some terrific, fun buys back there.

I have odd sized feet and have a hard time finding shoes that fit comfortably. This store has a wonderful staff that will work with you until they find a shoe that both fits and feels comfortable, along with one that you actually will enjoy leaving the store with. Given that it's non-normal sizing, these shoes aren't typically in the lower price range, so don't come here expecting to pay $30 for a pair of shoes (unless you get lucky in the clearance section like I did last time).
