We booked The Outback boat and kayak tour to Page Island and Daufuskie Island. When we arrived, we learned that we were the only ones the tour. We had Captain Gerard Love all to ourselves. He was a great guide and very informative. He took time to explain all safety precautions and continually checked in to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. It was the highlight of our trip. A beautiful day and we got to see some dolphins!

We booked a tour for Friday night hoping to see plenty of wildlife, scenery, and the sunset. We were not disappointed. We ended up being the only group (3 of us) out at that time and Casey (Buck, just in case there’s more than one) was fantastic. Very informative, personable, easy going, and he knew all the spots to see the dolphins and get a perfect view of the sunset. The tour itself was great, and Casey made it even better. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Fantastic time and experience. We had the best time with Captain Pete who led our group. The boat ride (despite the intermittent rain) was great. Captain Pete was very knowledgeable on the area and extremely knowledgeable on the history of Daufuskie island! He is a great story teller and really helped us connect with the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again!!!

Captain Dean was nothing short of incredible! His knowledge and respect for the craft truly set him apart. We couldn't have hoped for a better guide on our journey. Every moment spent with him was a delight! We saw dolphins 🐬 😳 👀

We went on a dolphin cruise today and it was a magical experience. We saw many different dolphins as well as different kinds of birds. Our tour guide, Matt, was super knowledgeable and told us anything we wanted to know about the island and its animal inhabitants. He also grabbed us some clam shells and my niece ended up bringing home at least ten- definitely a highlight of the trip for her. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Excellent boat and kayak excursion with Captain Gerard Love. Boat ride was great! Kayak to Daufuskie Island was beautiful! Captain was patient with us “slow-pokes” but helped us navigate smoothly and shared rich historical facts along the way! After kayaking, we walked along beautiful pathways overlooking the marsh on a few sweet little islands and then a lovely boat ride back to Shelter Cove. This was an outstanding day and we would definitely go again!

Captain Dean & the Echo Dolphin Tour experience was amazing!

The weather was questionable right as our cruise was set to take off…we actually got off the boat and waited it out to see if a storm would pass. We decided to proceed with the dolphin cruise, and it ended up just being my friend, my son, and me with Captain Dean! I’m glad we stuck around and didn’t reschedule on account of weather - it ended up being the perfect afternoon. Captain Dean was fantastic with my 10 year old son and made him his assistant along the way. We saw SO many dolphins and cruised through different marshy areas that I’ve never been through on other dolphin cruises. We FLEW through a few areas and we ALL had a blast! My son should be a dolphin expert after all the knowledge gained today!

I would 1000% recommend this tour & I will surely do it again on my next trip to Hilton Head - and I’ll be requesting Captain Dean. Thanks for creating such an awesome experience for us! My cheeks hurt from smiling so hard!

What a fabulous was to end our trip at HHI.
Skipper Dan and second mate Shay were lovely. Dan gave us lots of great facts about the wildlife and amazing yachts and houses. When he said 200% going to see dolphins today we knew it would be a done deal. Amazing to see these wonderful mammals in their natural habitat. The sunset was unreal which evidently can’t be guaranteed would 100% recommend definitely VFM
