Is a decent place and a decent walking trail that’s not too hard. Several individual bridges to walk over. Can see several wildlife and all the trees along the trail have QR codes you can scan that will tell you interesting facts. Has a restroom but it’s a portable toilet and not very clean so I would skip using the restroom in it. Has benches that you can rest on and tables if you would like to have lunch or whatever the case may be. Has a board with information for you too read. Overall a decent place.

A gorgeous place to go walking! We took our ESY (summer school) kiddos here on a field trip, and they had a great time in the outdoor classroom.

This is a pleasant natural area. We stop for picnics on drives between St. Louis to Springfield. There are lots of wildflowers in the woods. We like the whiteboard they have with markers for people to post what they find on their visit. We have walked some of the trails and enjoyed the scenery.

We visited during one of their events and my grandsons had a great time exploring the exhibits and making various nature related crafts. The only disappointment was the lack of seating close to the food vendors.

We love hiking here and have been coming for 7 years are so. The ROCS program (outdoor school) is incredible and has been a great experience! Would highly recommend to anyone who loves nature, being outside, and has kids who love to learn and build.

There are two trails. Liked the trail in trees. Good for bird watching, in particular the hummingbirds.

I cannot say enough about this place. It was a magical place that is kept up by the community. What a gem. Beautiful trails and creeks and a darling playground for kids.
