Extremely rude older employee, would not honer THEIR own return policy. Never even wore the shoes and they wouldn't take them back while being completely condescending. Buyers beware do not shop here!!

Edit* Look at the pictures they are clearly not worn, Dusty yes but never worn and you're still so rude even about the review. Be better

My wife bought these boots 3 days ago just in case it rained while we were camping. It didn’t rain and she didn’t wear them. The policy on the receipt states “2 weeks to return”. The guy at the counter was extremely rude to my wife and to me and instead of helping us, complained about us “losing him customers”. He still would not take the return claiming the boots were too dirty to resell. Will not be returning to this store ever.

I’m not one to typically leave reviews but wow. First of all I came into the store a little dirty from one night of camping and got instant looks of disapproval and eye rolling. I bought a pair of boots just in case it rained, it didn’t. Since I had not worn them I tried to return them. On the receipt it states you have 2 weeks to return, it had been 3 days. I tried to explain to the cashier that they are dusty but I had not worn them. He was extremely rude and said “well great now I’m gonna get a bad review” and when my husband tried to talk to him he said “oh here we go she sent in the big bad husband”. Extremely rude guy and still refused to take the return. Horrible customer service, won’t be spending anymore time or money at that store.

very nice place with very nice people! i had a really hard time picking between two pairs of shoes, and the staff helped me out! they told me me the differences and the pros between them, and even held them for me when i left for a stroll to clear my head. I ended up choosing some Uggs. i felt welcomed!

From the moment I made it in the store, the experience felt like an episode of our favorite TV show.

Nicole was guiding two separate guests in their journey to protect their soles for seasons to come, and still perfectly greeted me 🤠

After a quick lap, she got my story of having just made it back into bartending with a desperate need for non-slip shoes for working by the Sun Vally pool 💦

Somehow, the story timing was so majestic that Sketchers seemed to have dropped off the perfect pairs that very same morning 🤯

Being delighted to try them on, I even purchased some new Faulke socks for a combo that would have Hermes blushing!

Thank you, Ozzies, for being in the perfect place and sincere thanks to Nicole for a stunning delivery of service to myself and half a dozen guests that walked in during my visit.

HORRIBLE experience. Customer services was the worst I’ve ever had. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! Refused to return my brand new shoes that I bought less than a week ago. Lost my business forever.
