Every single time I go to this store, I am helped by the smart, good natured and kind experts of all things "hardware." From helping me refinish a chair to building garden beds. They go way over the call of duty. Every. Single. Time. Anyone thinking about complaining about this place and the owners...you're nuts or have ridiculous expectations. Pat and Matt and the rest are great. They will work their behinds off for you. Thanks guys!

Never experienced more unhelpful, unhappy people in my life than the guys that work here. SAD! Purchase in another town or worst case Tillamook before you have to settle on this crap hole of severely depressed human beings.

Great local hardware store with the best group of guys that work there. Always helpful and gracious. They can help you get what you need for anything you need to fix or build. They helped me put together my real estate signs and even cut the bottom of the posts to help me get them into the ground easier!

This review is coming from a DIYer that has been in the store half a dozen times.

I highly recommend stopping here first before making the drive out to Ace Hardware in Lincoln City. Prices are higher here, sure, but the employees have ALWAYS been helpful and the store is smaller than Ace so it’s easier to navigate and find what you want.

As long as your expectations are realistic given that Pacific City is a small beach town, then I see no reason why you won’t have a 5 star experience. 😎
