The reviews were great, so I stopped by on a Saturday morning and was greeted by the sweetest, most laid-back guy named Nick. He took care of my leather bags and was super helpful. His wife, Anna, reached out to update me a week later. When I came by, Anna was a total delight! She’s so friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me great advice on my bags. Her team’s prices are super reasonable, and the repairs are magic! They brought a bag back to life that had a hole in it—seriously, you’d never know it was ever damaged!

Very impressed. I unfortunately got candle wax on my new pair of uggs and I was so surprised this wonderful place was able to fix them. The stress I was in when this occurred was horrible and I feel so relieved. I know where to go now for any more shoe repairs. I highly recommend. I was told probably a few weeks would take for repaired and it only took 8 days for repair. I am completely satisfied.
