My son loves fedora style hats. Today he got his first high quality hat from Park Avenue. Ahmed was very attentive and helped pick out the perfect hat for my son. He added a feather and included a protective box. It took only 5 minutes for my son to receive a compliment on his new hat. They have a great selection and friendly staff. I highly recommend this store.

Worse place to shop at. The man that works there will say he is the manager and tell you that you are able to exchange or return something by word and then when you go back and want to do so, they will NOT honor that word when you return. The man will call his so called actual manager and he will tell you that you can’t due to policy and only can do exchanges yet when you do exchange they are willing to give you some money back. They claim is policy and can’t return the money yet policy changes apparently when they want to, to their advantage to just steal your money. The manager never shows up at the store and is only there by phone if you need him. Very rude and not polite to customers when there and dismiss you. The man that works there is rude to women and anyone who speaks Spanish, very racist, because he can’t understand you when speaking in your own language he assumes you are talking about them and is disrespectful. He was very disrespectful and rude to my mother. Stay away from this store. They are only trying to steal your money. The material is not worth it. Better to buy somewhere else than here. Be aware.

Update: Like stated all they do is lie as well apparently. I got my receipt as proof that it was not a month as was said. I bought this before Christmas and returned after Christmas and I was told I could return it when there. Was told 3 times I could since they would not be opened during holidays. Threatening is a good word like you stated to what this man did to my mother. Very racist person towards Spanish women. We can keep going on and on about how bad this store is.

What an amazing experience! We walked in feeling a bit hopeless that we’d find a suit that would fit my 6’6” husband last minute when our shipped order for his brother’s wedding was obviously not arriving on time from another company. The staff were welcoming and were able to size my husband up by just looking at him and directed him to the correct sizes to start his search. They have separates, 2-piece, and 3-piece suits available. The coolest part is they can do alterations on site- pants done same day! Jackets had more like a 3 day turn around if I remember correctly. There are wild and traditional styles available so don’t be turned away by the flashy suits in the front if that’s not what you are looking for.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOU ARE PLANNING A WEDDING. We had a group of 5 guys all getting attire for a wedding. The suspenders and bowties were said to have been ordered and were never ordered even though i was charged for them. We drove over an hour from wisconsin to get the shirts that were supposed to have been ordered. They opened up the package and they were not the same color. I was told that the one we picked out was no longer made and that the owner just ordered the newer version, mind you without saying anything to us. If thats not bad enough they never even wrote down the sizes and had to dig through there current stock and guess our bridal parties sizes. My fiance was told that the jacket they gave him was the right size even after he told them it was too tight in the shoulders. Well we took the jacket to the seamstress and she was like wow they really screwed you over that jacket is way too tight. 400$ suit that isnt even wearable, and they told us they will not exchange for a bigger size.

This place is phenomenal! My husband chose Park Avenue for his wedding suit needs. We were greeted immediately with friendly staff. They were extremely helpful in assisting him and the men in the wedding party with exactly what they needed! They even altered them as needed, in the store for a low price. They were ready within 2 days and altered perfectly, and were reasonably priced. I very highly recommend using this place for any and all of your menswear needs.

The owner is incredibly friendly and sociable, he offers great service and there is plenty of stock in store to find something that fits in a style you like. They also offer alterations and fitting in store. The owners honesty was a rare sight to see in today's world and has made sure I'll be a repeat customer.
